Entrepreneurship, a symbol of independence in Latin America

Anonim

Entrepreneurship has always existed in humanity, so much so that we could say that since its inception, but it is a term that has become popular in recent times due to the constant economic problems that affect economic countries and regions of great importance. Worldwide.

The etymology of the word entrepreneurship originates from the French entrepreneur which means pioneer and refers to people who have the ability to start a business, company or carry out a project and take it to the successful execution phase.

Entrepreneurship is the innate attitude and aptitude in a person, which will allow him / her to face new challenges and projects, in order to achieve financial independence, advancing step by step firmly and safely to achieve one by one the goals set both in the short as long-term.

In Latin America, most of the ventures have been carried out as a result of a need, the strongest of all is the desire of entrepreneurs to achieve the long-awaited financial independence, others in contrast have been forced to start a business or company because they were unemployed and a minority number made undertakings because they come from wealthy families and have their own capital to start it.

The desire to achieve economic stability by working as a dependent is very far from reality, since in recent years Latin American countries have registered high unemployment rates, and to this is added the low basic remuneration that workers receive, which many times have not it does not even reach 70% of the basic family basket.

Entrepreneurship today has positioned itself in a relevant way in the culture of Latin Americans due to the need of many people whose primary objective is to improve their economic situation and therefore their standard of living, achieving financial independence and a stable family economy.

Being a successful entrepreneur is not impossible, although the way to go is very difficult, it takes a lot of strength and determination, which are the basic characteristics of the entrepreneur's spirit, to have the courage to renounce the false economic stability of an 8-hour-a-day job. or 40 weekly to risk being an entrepreneur who generates their own resources taking into account that employers must work long hours that can go up to 16 hours a day and still do not always earn what is expected, contrary to what does happen to the employee employee who has at least a minimum monthly income that allows him to survive.

I make these references so that the entrepreneurs are aware of the reality and the risks that the ventures entail, since even in these circumstances the ventures have managed to lift poverty families and in other cases economically lift entire families in times of crisis and have allowed to stay in their markets and continue to grow gradually, since the best way to grow economically, to be independent and to improve the quality of life of our families is entrepreneurship.
