In the matter of Leadership as power and leadership as action, leadership can be defined as the ability of a person or group of people to make another group of people perform a specific action at the time and place that is required.

In order to arrive at the definition of leadership, influence, persuasion, and trust were considered, since a leader must be a person with certain qualities, in certain aspects leaders can be classified as positional (they are it has to continue because it is imposed on a certain group of people), permission (people follow the leader because they want to) and production and success (development and transparency).

A leader is formed day by day, since different things are learned over time, as time passes, a balance must be reached in order to exercise optimal leadership, since it is possible to stop being a leader if not such action is exerted.

In general, a leader has to deal with stress, handling urgent problems and defining what is important, these are tasks that the leader must face from a perspective where he feels satisfied with the results achieved and takes the time for planning, to that in this way an action is carried out and the desired results are presented.

In conclusion, all people can be leaders in action if the skills and attitudes are developed in order to create execution skills as necessary according to the environment where they are or are intended to be. The leader is a leader when he performs such action and ceases to be if he does not perform such action.
