The proposal to disorganize organizations

Anonim

Currently, the development of the concepts of organizational change are based on the paradigms of modern administration, which require depth in their study and allow the understanding of the evolution of current organizations, their adaptation to the environment, line changes administrative procedures of the classical model until the inception of the Industrial Capitalist Model.

Models that are based on theories of authors such as Smith, Taylor, Weber, Fayol and Mayo, who from their perspective proposed concepts that are still in force, and that although they solved multiple problems at the time, they also created others, which are now the object of study. from areas such as Psychology, Anthropology and Sociology among others.

This article seeks to show that changes have taken place since the initial theoretical proposals of more than 100 years ago, and that although organizations have been aggressively permeated by the technological developments of the last 20 years, a continuous virtualization model has developed, which is leading to dehumanize organizations

Key Words: Organizational Theory, Scientific Article, Virtualization

The concept of classical organization has changed, and its evolution has been motivated by the multiplicity of changes in the concepts of administrative theories, the evolution of modern society, globalization, the appearance of new technologies that changed communication channels and the virtualization of people.

Every time, the boundary between organization and individual is more blurred, since it is projected from this, the character that allows an organizational culture to be established in each productive area that ensures its autonomy, maintenance and continuity, its procedural stability, and productivity more and more incident in the internal and external environment, and a constant feedback.

Despite the different lines of evolution that have been observed in the development of organizations, which obviously include disciplines such as economics, politics, sociology, psychoanalysis and management sciences, it is clear that maintaining a strict differentiation would not allow progress in a fluid way in this objective and the need to consider the antagonistic disciplinary origins, it will seek to maintain clarity in the modern evolutionary process and will emit clarity in the conceptual proposal of this writing

To study the origins of administrative theory, which explain the concept of organization, from the theoretical points of view of Fayol and Cruz Kronfly (Value, Ideology and Structural Causality), which delimit the "Lines of Internal Power", later passing through Adam Smith and his explanation on "the division of labor", based on Speed, Ability, Complementarity and technical evolution; and finally arriving at the proposal of contemporary "Japanese" organizations that establish an intimate relationship between culture and organizational management.

It is necessary to ask ourselves, if this evolution of organizations is really valuable, although it currently virtualizes the individual?

DISCUSSION

From the evolutionary point of view, it is clearly explained that organizations in their origin, have a logical adaptation with a focused and applied interest, to the changes of society, from a classic vision of individual satisfaction of a modern society.

But modernism, and global organization, are taking humanity away from us.

Although in the principles of study of the origin of organizations, there are concepts that determine clear descriptive theories from their paradigmatic causality in the multiple writings of Taylor, Weber, Fayol and others; We can infer that the evolutionary necessity of modern societies has changed that original concept and has regressed, for some theorists; in an organizational technification.

We are immersed in a continuous organizational evolutionary cycle that volatilizes the ¨Human¨ and personalizes the Team (Machine), allowing more and more, that the phantom organizations, which nullify faults, defects, people, etc., become popular or become the Fashion, and the classic concepts continue to fade, giving strength to Virtual Modes, as a means of adapting to the needs of globalization, the continuous appearance of computer technologies, mergers and acquisitions just a click away and outsourcing production models with their different classes.

The Japanese model could have had an accelerated influence on organizational development in its beginnings, due to its cultural and idiosyncratic origins, but the application of this model in modern western society, bombarded by consumerism; which maintains constant technological development, which modifies and eradicates the theoretical bases of organizational evolution and leads to the failure of the model, has begun to consider that feedback between the organization and the environment is not important.

CONCLUSIONS

An organizational stabilization must be sought, which can be a method to regain the prominence of the individual, after witnessing the depersonalization of organizations in the last decade. Such a proposal will allow to retake the concepts and theories of the classic paradigms, it will stimulate a positive impact between the organizational administration, the internal and external environment, and the proposed financial, individual and corporate results.

In the same way, it must retake the leading threads of original transformational causality, which does not allow to set aside the political, social, cultural and ecological influence of the societies that have achieved migration to the current models; but that has involuntarily turned its attention to maintaining an Americanized neoliberal model, which allows and encourages the reduction of the state, stimulates privatization and deteriorates the productive sectors. This will limit the imperative need for organizational virtualization and allow administrative structures to be kept humanized.
