Governments speak of improving economic conditions, offer better quality of life to the most disadvantaged, promise to improve the income of the average employee, but unfortunately it seems that they are only promises; because seen from the real perspective, our society is heading towards a devastating, ruined, poor and miserable destiny, humanity is rapidly heading to experience a catastrophe that will end humanity in darkness.
Is it the end of the world, many claim? Are they signs of the end, say others? But if we look at our society from a clinical perspective and perform a series of physical examinations we will surely find a society with a good number of end-stage diseases that offers little hope of living.
Definitely many things are needed in our poor society, and the "political, business and religious leaders" come together to deliberate what to do to eradicate poverty, it seems that they are concerned about the weather conditions facing the planet, world summits are held to find cures for diseases like diabetes, cancer, AIDS, and other deadly diseases that plague humans.
Fear is a legion of spirits of darkness that has already taken over humans and humans are doing very little to eradicate fear in society.
In the world of business organization the term "Go Back to the Basic" is known.
"Return to the Basics" I believe that this is one of the first actions that should be taken into action in our Latin countries and I am convinced that the results positive could be seen in the medium term.
The second action that every citizen should put into practice is to become a leader.
Without a doubt, the meaning of leadership goes much further than only in the business, political, or religious field, since leadership covers the development and development of the human being in daily life.
How much the true application of leadership is needed in the midst of our society full of pain, chaos, and misery!
Our ancestors taught us to live in the midst of complaint, and they programmed us to live by exclaiming words and expressions of utter misery.
It is time for every citizen to stop complaining and start taking responsibility for their actions.
Moreover, those of us who call ourselves "Christians" "Servants of God" "Pastors" "Religious Leaders" it is time that we remove the cloak of ignorance from our eyes and help others to do the same so that we are all equally "positive influence in this so sick society ”.
Let's stop preaching and teaching fear, and above all let's stop manipulating the masses full of ignorance who believe in everything they hear from men titled with the pseudonym "Servants of God."
It is irresponsible to speak that such negative situations that humanity lives today are events that point to the end of the world since these events have been happening for decades or perhaps centuries.
Many are those who are locked in its four holy walls waiting for the end of the world, without realizing that it is very possible that they die; and leave their future generations in the most fatal misery and make it even more difficult to face the economic future.
Our students in each school should take a subject called "Leadership" from an early age, churches and companies should teach courses on integral Leadership; that is to say; teach each citizen how to be a family leader, social leader, economic leader, and of course spiritual leader; so that with this learning each one takes responsibility for their environment and is in charge of being an ambassador of change, first in their personal life, then in their family, and then a great ambassador of change in society, but this is always possible and when we throw into the depths of the sea the emotions of fear and conformism in our lives.
Perhaps applying these principles in life we will not get to build Platonic Utopia but what I am sure of is that many citizens would reach the reasonable mental state to dare to make a change in their personal life and in all their environment.
Every citizen must learn that integral improvement and prosperity does not come explicitly from social conditions, or from what governments do or do not do; Although it is true, it is the responsibility of governments to maintain a free and sovereign state, and to help the socio-economic conditions remain as healthy as possible, but as long as these people do not come to power with the absolute responsibility of ensuring the good of country and citizenship, we all have the same opportunity to believe that prosperity and betterment are attributes that come into the life of those who decide to reprogram their thinking patterns and dare to believe that change comes from the inside out and not from the outside in.

The truth is that every human being should be concerned with learning and applying the foundations of true leadership from an early age, because it is the formula in which every family, community, and therefore nation, could become truly responsible for all their acts.
Without leadership in the environment of each citizen; Any nation is permanently in the terminal stage of succumbing to perpetual failure, and no matter how many attempts it may make to achieve outstanding levels in any of its areas, they will be only illusions, and pure illusions.
The level of leadership that the individual handles in personal life demonstrates the ability that he has to lead in his walk, to build a family, to manage his finances, to be productive and proactive in the society to which he belongs.
Know and apply the principles of leadership in life; it makes the person learn to cope with the difficult circumstances that he has to face in daily life, and makes him a visionary, and always finds the motivation even in the midst of the most torrential difficulties full of pain and despair.
In simple words, when the person is determined to become a leader, such attitude and principles become an effective antidote to knock down any obstacles and achieve any goal in the existence of every dreaming man.
Any nation that does not create programs to turn every citizen child into a good leader from primary school age will not be able to positively impact their generational future.

It is essential to stop blaming others for what we have not been able to do, or achieve in our life.
It may seem illogical but it is necessary to learn to recognize our deficiencies and seek the appropriate support to reinforce our learning, and it must be understood that when something is not achieved it is not because our ancestors did not do the right thing, rather it is because we did not we have prepared properly.
No one is guilty of our failures, we are the only ones responsible and guilty of our achievements, we must have a clear conscience that it is our responsibility to acquire knowledge and preparation and be aware that until these two qualities are obtained, we will not leave a process unscathed. which can cause us pain, despair, loss of hope, and even a bit of nervousness but it is necessary to go through this process to reach a sufficient level of maturity and understand that this process is not permanent, it is rather temporary.
2. Dedicate your life to acquiring knowledge:
It causes me confusion and sadness when I talk to many people who claim to have the desire to change their life and become great leaders, but do not want to dedicate themselves to learning anything about life, it is as if they believe that they already know everything.
Any man who does not take the time to appreciate and contemplate the beauty of his surroundings is simply doomed to die in the misery of knowledge, despair, and torment caused by physical illness.
Every aspiring leader must live life with all perceptions active to appreciate and learn from every event in his life.
Time should be spent reading biographies, books on human thought, books full of spirituality.
It seems very unreasonable, but continuous reading awakens the brain's perceptions and provokes a desire to learn more in life.
Dedicating myself to learning in life I believe that it is the greatest wealth that every human being can acquire, and it is the richest legacy that any loving father can inherit his children.
3. Build your self-esteem properly:

As long as we are at this level of marginal consciousness in which we now live, it is certain that we will feel desperate with some frequency, as long as we do not learn to live more in the present, to trust more in God, than in our own strength; As long as our decisions are motivated by the superficial needs of the ego, we will not be able to obtain the results that we seek and it will be almost impossible to live confident that we will achieve all our goals in life.
