Shared vision in the company

Anonim

"Leadership is the ability to transform a vision into reality."

There are people who have a different way of seeing things, when they share their ideas with others they are attractive to them and they begin to carry them out, thus taking a path in which archetypes collaborate to obtain mutual benefits.

A shared vision is when all people have a similar image, they are interested in making it fair and not in anyone in particular.

In other words, if we can transform our personal vision into a general vision and not only accept it but make it their own, then it will truly be a shared vision. When this is achieved, a strong bond is generated, this connection leads all members of the team, group or community to obtain better results. Something like that the union is strength.

This common interest is an inner force in each person that engenders power and inspires a primarily individual idea to become a general one.

This vision is generated from what you really want to create, the direction you want to take. The shared vision is the first step for people to start working together, it encourages innovation despite the risks involved.

Shared visions arise from personal visions that are known, this is how they are energized and encouraged to commit. There are organizations that encourage their members to have personal visions in order to generate changes and reach shared visions.

We can also observe that within organizations there is a diversity of talents, which have convergence when interacting within their systems. Each member can generate new ideas, which can generate innovative alternatives for doing things. However, all of this would be impossible without a shared vision. The fluidity of different thoughts that are integrated to go in the same direction.

Within the organization, each area has a specific function that gives added value to the products or services that are made. This interaction between areas shows how to conform and set a common course.

A comparison to this concept is television, the image is made up of 525 lines that a beam of light travels through. This beam is the energy that travels rapidly through each point and sweeps to shape the image.

That image has different dimensions, shades, colors, textures and more, if we look at it very closely we simply will not be able to identify what it is about, but when we take perspective and observe it at a relative distance we will be able to identify it in its entirety and see clearly what it is. that they want to show us.

It is the leadership and conviction of each individual that generates great changes from this postulate. And for this we have many characters in history who have demonstrated how this concept works.
