Leadership, from every point of view, is a personal matter, even when it is exercised within organizations.
Each organization, from its internal dynamics, experiences different moments, some joyful and others painful. Moments where we want to eat the world in a single bite due to the inspiration that is born within us and moments in which we want to throw in the towel because we have worn ourselves out on the way to the goals set and every day we see them further away, or simply no longer inspires us, nor do they matter.
And it is precisely in these last moments that the True Leader plays a crucial role, so that the ship does not sink.

Recognize the survivors
The first thing the leader does is to recognize the survivors who have remained, but who still live in “Misery”, those who decided to continue, however, have no strength or motivation to do so.
He recognizes them one by one and begins to show solidarity with their interests and particular needs. You genuinely care about each member of your team. He is clear about the need of his group.
It lets your team know that they often need to start over and encourages them to take the first step.
His gaze goes beyond the apparent
The second thing the leader does is stop to carefully observe the circumstances and within him there is a sense of surrender, of giving himself beyond his own interests.
He silently examines the panorama, trying to get as clear and objective a view as possible of the situation.
He makes his team see the difficulties they are going through and encourages them to overcome them together.
Create support networks
He knows that the work of his team is a gear, step by step, little by little, that works as a support network and that each one must have in his mind and in his heart the goal to which they have proposed to reach and the desire to get it.
He puts on the shirt and sweats it just like his team
It summons them by uniting the mission of the company, but taking into account the interests and needs of each one.
He knows the talents of his team and assigns them the tasks accordingly, so that they feel permanently fulfilled, however he also teaches them that they are all a team and that they complement each other in functions that sometimes imply mutual support, giving themselves to the other in generosity. and companionship.
Prepare your team to face difficulties
He prepares his team as a sentinel in the face of difficulties, discouragement, obstacles that may arise, so that this does not impede the progress of the work they do.
Face with serenity the obstacles and adversities that are on the way. He trusts in the work that has been entrusted to him and speaks with authority and inspires confidence.
It is like a beacon that shines and directs the north of the team's performance, since it is he who has the vision of an eagle.
He guides his team and shows them the way and each one is clear about where he should go, what his functions, commitments and what is expected of him are.
It is a testimony of life
It is an example of persistence and perseverance and in the face of inner difficulty, it focuses on what is really important, calms down and calmly thinks about the next step.
Calls attention with authority and respect, touching the heart and the will, promoting justice and generosity among his own.
Develop wisdom and discernment so as not to get entangled by those who want to truncate the work you undertake.
Celebrate your team's successes
It teaches them that each one shares what they have with a generous spirit and that everything we give returns to us multiplied in abundance.
