He makes his team see the difficulties they are going through and encourages them to overcome them together.

Create support networks

He knows that the work of his team is a gear, step by step, little by little, that works as a support network and that each one must have in his mind and in his heart the goal to which they have proposed to reach and the desire to get it.

He puts on the shirt and sweats it just like his team

It summons them by uniting the mission of the company, but taking into account the interests and needs of each one.

He knows the talents of his team and assigns them the tasks accordingly, so that they feel permanently fulfilled, however he also teaches them that they are all a team and that they complement each other in functions that sometimes imply mutual support, giving themselves to the other in generosity. and companionship.

Prepare your team to face difficulties

He prepares his team as a sentinel in the face of difficulties, discouragement, obstacles that may arise, so that this does not impede the progress of the work they do.

Face with serenity the obstacles and adversities that are on the way. He trusts in the work that has been entrusted to him and speaks with authority and inspires confidence.

It is like a beacon that shines and directs the north of the team's performance, since it is he who has the vision of an eagle.

He guides his team and shows them the way and each one is clear about where he should go, what his functions, commitments and what is expected of him are.

It is an example of persistence and perseverance and in the face of inner difficulty, it focuses on what is really important, calms down and calmly thinks about the next step.

It teaches them that each one shares what they have with a generous spirit and that everything we give returns to us multiplied in abundance.
