On the other hand, I see that there are companies that are above the previous year in terms of an increase in sales and better still, they are exceeding the Projected Plan of their growth.

There are even those that are not even achieving growth results vs. the previous year, despite the fact that our country is growing in the order of 4%.

What is the reason why there are companies that do not achieve and will not achieve a good performance this year, others that manage to exceed what was done the previous year but without reaching their plans or budgets and still others that greatly exceed both variables? Without a doubt the top of efficiency of its leaders.

Yes, it is the leadership that is deployed in the organization that determines the results of a company. It is leadership that determines the value that our clients give us in the market. The end of the year is just around the corner. Success or failure is determined by the level of influence of the leaders throughout the organization. It is the level of your decisions that positively or negatively affects the results of your company, but these decisions are undoubtedly determined by the way in which you control your emotions and thoughts with respect to everything that happens in the environment.

If you are one of those who is paralyzed in the face of crisis, then throw in the towel, because you will not be able to achieve beyond what life offers you. If, on the other hand, you are one of those who see the greatest opportunities to differentiate in crises, you will continue to lead.

Differentiating yourself from your competitors is not an obligation, it is a commitment, a way of life, a culture in the company!

I have observed that the common denominator of the best companies in the world focuses precisely on the leadership of their people. They are aimed at educating and training their future leaders, from the moment they first set foot on their facilities. But not everyone is the same.

Leaders who are not reaching their optimal level of performance, and are even below what was achieved the previous year, blame everything and everyone they can, they are not able to realize that the change they seek is not in others but in the way they should lead their teams. When it comes to blaming others, do not hesitate, do not see where you should not, the blame will always be on the one who leads!

Companies that differentiate themselves from their competitors, run down the highway at high speed, do not entertain themselves in looking for culprits for what does not go well, they capitalize on mistakes and learn from them, they are in search of learning, because they know that it is that and only that which will give them a sustainable competitive advantage in the future.
