Positive attitude. a tool to achieve security and transmit it in presentations

Anonim

Thinking about oral presentations is usually a stressful factor for many people who do not want to speak in public or, on the contrary, who really want to make a presentation, but feel that they are not going to develop it effectively.

In either case, a necessary key is to silence your inner voices. Those that resonate in your head, such as "I'm not going to be able", "the audience is going to destroy me", "what need do I have to go through this".

Those can be familiar phrases to our readers, as well as being able to identify their own, the ones that resonate in their heads when they are asked to make a presentation or when they simply intend to speak in public.

Considering that these words can weaken them is an advance towards determining the way to compose an effective presentation. This idea allows us to recognize what factors they consider to be weakening them, before thinking about preparing the paper.

Once recognized, they will be able to identify the next steps. To do this, we propose first of all to reflect on what attitude you want to have when you present yourself before an audience. Then they seek to understand their audience and analyze what they would like to receive if you were listening to that presentation.

Initially we talked about working with a positive attitude. This is not a phrase to motivate them as speakers, but we consider that it is an action that implies being focused on what they want to generate in the audience, and what they are willing to give.

Because much of it will depend on what they are going to transmit, and what they are going to receive from their audience.

A positive attitude will mobilize people towards the reach of a positive emotion, since

emotions are contagious, and they will collaborate so that their audience is

emotionally closer to their expectations.
