Anonim

To speak of modern administration, we will begin by defining what administration is. Agustín Reyes Ponce says that administration is a systematized set of rules to achieve maximum efficiency in the ways of structuring and operating a social organism.

Therefore modern administration is to focus on new and current reviews that help the humanist society, looking for a favorable development of new tactics applying in various contexts such as: company, society, educational system, religion etc. Because his field of study is wide and complex. However, it is important to note that yesterday's methods or theories are transcendent for a modern administration, since these theories play an important role for the modern administration to achieve the expected success. Without leaving aside the new events that have happened today.

DEVELOPING

The task of an administrator will be uncertain and exciting, since he will have to face changes and transformations full of ambiguity and uncertainty.

In modern administration, for any organization to function well, a manager must be the head, the right person for the right position, is obliged to keep moving, managing without hesitation, with a firm hand, an organized human group making a set of means work. intellectual materials; to develop a certain activity, providing goods and services, thus achieving a social function as a modern executive.

It is therefore important to mention that the modern executive must maintain a balance between the various elements of the company, both internal and external, so that it is always in accordance with the demands of economic, technical and social progress; balance that only someone who is properly prepared and trained will achieve and maintain. With the aforementioned, we can analyze that being an administrator is not easy, because being an administrator just for practice does not guarantee adequate preparation for a person to take charge of managerial activities at high levels.

Every executive depends on what capacity he has, in addition to that he must be efficient and effective to do things correctly, a modern executive must be up to date, at the forefront of this world today, also remembering that authority is delegated and responsibility is share. The executive must know a lot about human relations, know and properly practice the techniques, in addition to knowing how to clearly indicate the objectives and goals that the organization achieves to effectively use the resources or means that the organization has.

Modern administration is practiced by a modern administrator since he will be like a doctor who will diagnose the problems of the company, give solutions to it and recommend new techniques that, by using modern strategies, will obtain the best desired result for the company. Every company must have a modern administration since without it it would not be at the forefront of the business field and would be easily defeated by the competition that has a good modern administration.

CONCLUSION

The modern company will be that company that has the personnel, technology and techniques necessary for development, with a future vision. For this to take place, it is necessary to have the person capable of adapting to the needs required by the company. The modern administrator must solve the needs, the demands of society, of customers, suppliers, competitive challenges, expectations of senior management, etc.

Consequently, these demands, challenges and expectations undergo profound changes that exceed the administrator's ability to closely accompany and understand them appropriately. An administrator must be trained to solve the risks that the company presents, know how to plan, organize, direct and control effectively and efficiently.
