Much is said about the image of UANE in black stones, but not much is known for certain, some say that it is good while others say that it is not.
So that's why we will carry out a series of surveys to find out the image that UANE has in different areas.
Introduction
Black Stones
Piedras Negras belongs to the state of Coahuila, the third largest state in the country, which is located in northeast Mexico, sharing a 512 kilometer border with the US state of Texas.
The state has 38 municipalities, which are grouped into five different regions due to their economic characteristics and geographic location.
Piedras Negras is located in the northern region of the state and has an area of 914.2 km2 and a population of 128,130 * inhabitants.

Considered one of the cleanest cities in Mexico, it shares the title with Aguascalientes and Morelia. It is called the white border because of its low crime rate, being the safest border in Mexico.
It is also the cradle of the world famous and famous "nacho" dish. A dynamic city in every way, where the traveler or businessman can enjoy a city that has it all. In November 2005, the Plaza de las Culturas was inaugurated, a spectacular work that will take you into our Mexican cultures. To come to black stones is to come to "the best border in Mexico."
UANE
In 1978, the black stone campus, Coahuila, began its activities in what was the school of the Americas in the Mundo Nuevo neighborhood, located on the ave. López Mateos with day and night shifts, ah stays of Professor Homero Jiménez García and Professor Higinio González calderón.

It is worth mentioning that a special group was opened for ladies on the morning shift.
In 1985 the activities to raise funds and get the land for a new campus began and it was thanks to the municipal president, Humberto Uribe Flores, and the land was donated by Mr. Alberto Murillo Altos and Mr. Salomón Camahi from the Micare company, as well as Architect German Robles Gil who helped the director José Raúl García Treviño to build the current facilities, it should be said that it was thanks to the enthusiastic participation of all the students, and especially to the pianist Arturo Dragonne who donated many of his performances so that it could be carried out. The UANE thus appeared in Saltillo, Zacatecas and other more cities.
And finally, it is worth mentioning one of the important activities that UANE has carried out, such as providing travel expenses for all the people who suffered from floods in other cities, and lastly, we also have what is a Christmas tree for all low-income children.
The problem
Most of the UANE students have entered there by reference of already enrolled students, but some companies are known to not want to hire UANE graduates.
It is this type of comments that have been raising this paradox: students say that it is a good school, companies that are not, people who more or less.
The truth is ignored.
Importance and justification of the study.
We consider this project very important because the school is changing to give a better image, with this project we will know what level we are at.
Objectives.
Know the concept of UANE inside and outside the UANE itself, including companies, high school students, the general public, etc.
Tools
The objective will be achieved through tools provided by statistics.
Statistics: Collection of methods to plan experiments, obtain data, organize, summarize, present, analyze, interpret and reach conclusions based on these data.
Population: Direct collection of all the elements to be studied.
Sample: Subset of elements subtracted from a population
All the surveys are taken from a sample since the total population is very high in all the surveys.
All data is discrete for all surveys.
Measurement levels vary with each survey
In companies the level of measurement was nominal
For students, parents, the level of measurement was ordinal.

As in previous questionnaires, here we decipher the image of UANE according to the order it occupies before the other universities, being normally surpassed by issues such as infrastructure and equipment rather than by academic level.
Team Conclusions
In general, the image of the UANE is good, in some cases excellent, but it is below other universities due to infrastructure and equipment, rather than teacher preparation.
We did not find negative points, but opportunities to improve, taking into account opinions in general, comments outside the survey of students, alumni, businessmen and the general public, UANE has much in its favor, its master's degrees have made it known in the community, their degrees and engineering are increasingly competitive.
But if the UANE wants to grow in image and prestige, it must promote itself more, a large part of the community does not know the activities that are carried out in UANE, it should be noted that those who know them, who are not few, know them very well, but in general the university needs more dissemination.
It is suggested by some entrepreneurs that the bonding department is more aggressive, to quote their words.
This is that the student must be more linked to the sector in which he could enter.
In general, it was very pleasant to know that UANE maintains an image, but an excellent one, if very respectable and with a great presence in Piedras Negras, we know of the current work of the administration and you know that in the not too distant future these results that we are showing today will not be the reflection of tomorrow.
