Everything we are would cease to make sense, cause or reason without "HEALTH". Many times this well-known term confuses people. Health is not only a physical state, of the body and of the Human Organic System. Health is a deeper, more complex state and goes beyond the concrete, tacit and palpable with the naked eye. Mental Health, thoughts, emotions, feelings and attitudes are involved, among other known and unknown factors in earthly existence.

There is a direct relationship with the BEING, the spirit, the soul. The whole of an Occupational or Work Health intrinsically stores these three components: Mind, Body and Spirit. If for some reason one, two or all three were separated, dysfunctional or sick, for whatever reason they would not form a "Positive Cohesive Force". There would be an "IMBALANCE" OR a "Pathology", or "Deformation" of "Health. Of course, first in the person, and then in the group, therefore, in the family nucleus, work, society and the Universe. Let's analyze the question, why is it important, necessary and vital to have a "WORKPLACE" ??? Because if there is no "Occupational Health", neither the success, the product and the achievements of an individual, corporation or agency will be identified as high and of human, constructive prestige,existential or simply "pragmatic" and "functionalist" ?? Even when created, this is “passe”,. ! How much we need to grow !!!!! Let's talk, then, about 'Occupational Health' from a psychoeducational, psychosocial, and psycho-emotional perspective for the 'Education for Peace of a people or nation.

Mobbing or Psychological Harassment, Moral or Emotional Abuse is poorly learned antisocial behavior at home. It consists of acts of persecution, threats, verbal abuse, aggressiveness, defamation, slander, lies or half-truths and recurring contempt, contempt and rejection of one or more people "Mob" "Mafia", "Network" against another they consider more strong. Or simply, brighter, more creative, smarter or with something that interferes with the interests of one or more individuals in the company.

This act of violence against the occupational health of everyone in the organization is very typical in educational settings “schools”. However, there is still no legislation in Puerto Rico that punishes this malpractice at work. Yes!!!

We have Article 1.08 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of 1952. This prohibits the attack and violation of the dignity of a person due to racial condition, age, sex, politics, social status or physical disability, among other actions that are part of "Discrimination". Of course, it is prohibited and has serious penalties, but in the case of moral, psychological and ethical violations, proving them requires a bizarre and stoic effort. Even though many times, the victim wants to do it, he meets with the social, political and legal ignorance of what he does, and undoes a perpetrator @, stalker @, predator @ or perverse narcissist @ when he applies MOBBING ".

In my case, it behooves me to continue raising awareness, educating, researching and creating new proposals and projects that develop and allow the growth of "Occupational Health".

It only remains to say, that Never and Never Violence, War, the Destruction of people, in their mental or physical health will bring the Success and achievements of a good and healthy "Quality of Life for everyone on this island. If there is no Mental Health, there will be no Physical, Spiritual and therefore Labor, Social, World and Universal health. If we really want PEACE, then… neither mistreatment, nor harassment, nor Mobbing or Bullying are the alternatives to achieve it. Much remains to be done and much to be redone to be reborn and to live from the happiness and pleasure of being to overcome and grow in authentic harmony and love.
