The Personal Balanced Scorecard is related to the mission and personal vision, with the critical factors of personal success, with the personal objectives, with the goals and measures of personal performance, with the actions of personal improvement, focused on financial stability (financial perspective), to a good relationship with coworkers, family, friends and others (client perspective), to good physical and mental health (perspective of internal processes), to learning ability and capacity (perspective of learning and increase).
Before having a sustainable change in the company, the Personal Balanced Scorecard (BSCP) must be aligned with the Business Balanced Scorecard (BSCE).
