What is the balanced scorecard?
- It is a management model that allows organizations to align strategies towards their vision and translate them into objectives that guide staff initiatives and activities, focusing on value creation. It allows to make the company's strategy known to all its staff, signaling the priorities and the cause and effect relationships between all the strategies and actions that the organization undertakes, synergizing the forces. It allows defining the responsibilities of the management team, expressing it in both collective and individual indicators. It allows linking the remuneration of the personnel for their contribution to the realization of the strategy and therefore to the achievement of results.
