In conclusion, I consider that the most relevant barriers when making a decision to solve a problem; It has to do with the culture of the social group, since the culture in which the decision maker lives has to do with the set of ideas, feelings, values, traditions, lifestyle and beliefs that determine the way of life of a certain group of persons. There is no doubt that the culture in which a subject is immersed will affect the way and type of decisions that are made, both individual and group.

The person who makes decisions must be able to recognize their own values ​​to be clear about how these will influence the decision-making that they have to make. That is, people make decisions based on what is important to them.

A fundamental aspect in decision making is the perception of the situation by the individual or group of people involved, a certain situation may be perceived by a person as a problem and on the other hand as a normal or even favorable situation. For this reason, delayed perception represents a threat by fading decision making with insufficient reasoning and dragging managers to depend on the results of their decisions, even when they have not been anticipated or controlled.
