Good relationship between the company and the individual for excellent results

Anonim
Understanding that personnel is a fundamental part of a company's success is a factor that all general managers must take into account. Only in this way will benefits be obtained that will result in the growth and good competitiveness of all companies.

Many times and almost without realizing it, the action of certain living or inert entities significantly influences our lives. It can rain at any time and our plans to go for a walk, or the company where we work, will be bankrupt and there is no choice but to step aside and leave. In short, and so we do not see it clearly, there is interdependence in all areas of our lives.

For this reason, for all these relationships to be productive and help us develop fully, they must always be based on benefits for all. We get nothing out of doing wrong to another person or behaving badly in a company. Our actions, being good, help the proper functioning and excellent living of both ourselves and the people around us.

Companies cannot be exempt from this behavior. They must strive to create a favorable environment within them, which results in a good job of their employees to achieve results that improve their functioning and are reflected in the whole society, that is, seek the well-being of all participants, based on equity, justice and good treatment towards them.

Unfortunately, very few companies strive to take care of their most important part: their human resources. Most simply get caught up in problems and debates about how to increase productivity, how to reduce costs, how to increase profits, and never discuss how to achieve this, improving the conditions of workers and giving them the necessary help for such purposes.

However, there must also be commitment and good behavior on the part of the employees. Some are only interested in themselves and believe that everything revolves around them. This individualism is fatal if you want to advance in life. For this reason, within the organization you can create confrontations, problems or quarrels that nothing good will bring to the company.

Everyone should be aware that only working as a team will achieve results and that the benefit of one area will be that of the other and vice versa. Employees must also strive for the job to be done well, placing themselves in the role of "owners" of the company, ensuring that everything is done correctly, seeking to reduce costs, making the most of working time, eliminating what is not useful, seeking the best way to increase income, all this to collaborate with the effectiveness and competitiveness of the company.

Not only companies must fight for everything to be done well; employees must have a "managerial" mindset that allows them to always act in the best way.

No company has been created to fail, so it is necessary to emphasize the importance of seeking the best methods to create a favorable work environment and, logically, a staff that has leadership traits and dedication for what it does. Senior management needs to commit to assisting the human resources manager or chief of staff as much as possible (depending on the name of the position in different companies).

If there is no such support, the company will most certainly not grow. Competitors can become the best in the market, as poor management can cause their participation to be lost, employment to be reduced, the most qualified or qualified personnel not to be retained and the best strategies to survive not being carried out. in the new millennium.

All of the above must be led by a person who understands and is willing to face new challenges. The CEO of an organization should "take the lead" as best as possible and seek collaboration, first and foremost, from the human resources department as it is responsible for fostering the best capabilities of all staff in the company.

This department is in charge of applying approaches where there is participation of all workers, making them feel an important part of the organization and thus be more open to change, have more confidence in their direct supervisors and senior managers and can be sure that the The growth of the company is that of themselves and that being there they can exploit all its potential.

For all the above, the human resources department in a company has a difficult but important mission to achieve. It must be "trained", looking for current ideas, methods and strategies that always allow the efficiency and effectiveness of workers to improve day after day, and that their development is at the forefront of present and future demands of the market and society in general.
