I just got back from San Diego. It has been an incredible experience, for which I really cannot find words to describe it.
One of the best things that I bring to myself are personal relationships with a small group of Spanish speakers from all over the world; During these days, we have shared very intense moments, of discovery on the one hand, and fun on the other. I don't know what Latinos have, but as soon as we get together, the jokes begin, the sense of humor is unleashed, and laughter and laughter can be heard in the distance. We really are even a bit scandalous compared to others.
The good relationships that we have started are based on a common basis in all of us: the passion for what we do and the personal mission of sharing a new way of understanding life, which allows those who practice it to be more prosperous, more generous and more happy.
Given that we enjoy it very much when we are together, and the result is very enriching both personally and professionally, we have maintained a commitment that will help us to miraculously multiply our results. We have realized that there is a tool within our reach that, if we use it correctly, will allow us to scale the benefits in our lives exponentially: THE SYNERGY.
Synergy is based on the ability to bring several minds together, and get 1 + 1 not equal to 2, but up to 2,200 or even infinity. For everything is more than the sum of the parts. Surely you have studied it in college or university, and you have probably even practiced it. What is perhaps a little more novel, and maybe you don't know, is the approach that I am going to comment on next. For the synergy to be more effective, it must have some singularities:
- Previously, the communication must be synergistic, that is, opening the 5 senses, the mind and the heart, allowing a space free of judgments, where even if the result is not known, there is a feeling of trust, enthusiasm and security.
- An attitude of humility, appreciation for colleagues and respect for others is important.
- It is convenient to forget the trend burned into our childhood, where structure, certainty and predictability were rewarded. In addition, it implies stopping thinking about the possibility of error as failure, to reach the certainty that where there is an error there is learning.
- This attitude frees us from the fear that causes us to face the unknown, and encourages us to venture into creativity, and therefore to the possibility of making discoveries of genius.
- In this environment, the authenticity of each individual is favored, and creative empathy, which allows new understandings and learning of the ideas of others, opening the mind completely to understand the paradigms of others, and therefore giving rise to the highest level which is the creative synergy.
Do you dare to apply these practices? As I tell you, they serve both your personal and professional life, and will bring you a state of peace, joy and excitement, every day and every moment.
High efficiency is about that: that every second serves to accumulate enthusiasm, happiness, and with it more results, and more euros in your personal account.
