Most of the recruitment notices are written by a labor consultant. Sometimes I don't know if they have held a managerial position at some point in life or have worked under pressure. But it will be the subject of further debate.

90% of the ads that managers are looking for are reduced in the following text:

They require negotiation skills, leadership skills, teamwork, flexibility, results orientation and clients, ability to interrelate effectively with bosses, peers and subordinates, high performance work capacity, solid driving skills, planning, communication, interpersonal relationships as well as pro activity and a marked orientation towards results. Full time availability.

Every time we read these requests we think, Will you look for a human being? Who can qualify leadership? How do we satisfy the blood and high-performance desires of the company board? How do we detect the emotional intelligence of a subject? How to maintain a proactive attitude in the face of constant pressure?

How to be a good Jesus before the manipulation of toxic people?

How much it would cost a stranger to the organization, who enters and must overcome all these obstacles. At least one year! coordination and adaptation to the environment, the nature of the work group, the general manager and the nature of customers and suppliers.

These types of ads only talk about the problems faced by the company that requests the subject. A job search notice can become a clamor in the face of the permanent crisis of the company.

Remember that words are never innocent, no one writes a standard notice (and pays a lot for its publication) to see what happens.

These and other questions have an answer and we believe that the candidate exists, if we had raised him as a disposable slave at approximately 40 years of age.

All this is possible and the coaches wash our hands, thinking that we have the essential, adequate role. The coach cannot be ruled out of this model sought by companies. They will have to consider permanent training to satisfy their wishes for super managers. I would say super teams.

We have bad news. The only thing we can't avoid is for it to have a life of its own and come home every night. But we can make you organize your work team, distribute responsibilities, share achievements. Manage, coordinate and modify the emotions of bosses, peers and subordinates so that the emotional environment is livable and ecological, and sustainable. And do not become toxic, infected and disposable, just like your life to continue in the current conditions.

Sooner or later, these types of notices will stop appearing on the main portals and mornings in America. And they will understand that another culture is possible in organizations, ceasing to place the search for qualified personnel for companies in the hands of the incompetent. I think a simple notice that says: “I am looking for a person with a desire to improve and learn, who is honest. Demanding work but we will not leave it alone ”, it will avoid the high turnover of the managerial human resource, ceasing to be a problem in organizations.

Coaching and the coach is the alternative for change.

Culture passes us all enjoying its benefits or enduring its vices. The same thing happens in football. But here the directory is the public. We all want super players, super technicians and super teams.

And the idea of ​​the coach for the soccer team has not yet arrived. In my country, Argentina, we have a hotbed of excellent players.

But the DT makes them hard legs. There are cabaret, garbage contracts, too much demand, too many groups, too little equipment. Complicated managers not to say corrupt.

In organizations it is the same. When the idea of ​​a coach, team, permanence, possible results arrives, everything changes, improves and we start to win / win for everyone.
