Logically, all these concerns and opinions must reach the top management and they must look for their causes and make an action plan to find possible solutions to the problems. If any boss does not have a good reputation, talk to him and find out what is happening or, on the other hand, hire someone to change those old light bulbs that are no longer useful.

Fair treatment and employee discipline

It is absolutely necessary to feel well treated. If we are, our motivation increases and this will make us develop a certain task in a better way. If we notice that our boss is interested in knowing how we are, what doubts we have or take into account when making decisions, our commitment to the company will be much greater and the work will be done better.

A committed and disciplined worker will do his job better and will make a company have an unconditional ally for his future success.

For this reason, a company must dictate rules that must be followed and depending on its compliance, there will be a reward or punishment and, as expected, there must be impartiality when it comes to issuing justice, that is, the employee must not be deceived and discipline him in the best way.

We now come to the topic that started this article: dismissal. This is understood as the involuntary termination of a worker's employment and is the most drastic step an employer can take when detecting a breach in an employee's discipline.

There are many causes for dismissal. It can occur when finding that an employee has not performed satisfactorily, has missed work, is late, or simply the proposed goals have not been reached due to the person's lack of commitment.

It can also be due to employee misconduct for breaking company rules. It is here when it is discovered that he has stolen, fosters bad weather in the company or simply insubordinates and does not accept being addressed, defies company policies, ignores the boss's instructions or his disrespect is unbearable.

It is the company's task, therefore, to verify that employees fulfill their obligations well and that they feel comfortable and committed to the organization. Only in this way will benefits be achieved, which together with good discipline, will make a company succeed internally, which will later be reflected without a doubt on the outside of it.
