Now, the competitive advantages of having a trained, qualified workforce, with experience and the desire to obtain results, committed to the social objectives set by the organization, are managed with more strength.

That is why in recent years new terminologies have appeared regarding these topics, such as human capital, human talent or skills management, the latter has revolutionized managerial thinking of our time by conceptualizing the set of knowledge skills in humans., feelings and expectations, that is, the intangible reason for acting within the entity, a source that generates distinctive components for the entity.

There are two components of human care in the organization, the material conditions to which it is subjected and the spiritual or non-material conditions, the first is linked to material stimulation, physical working conditions, material resources at your disposal; The second is present in the social relationships that are created with other members, the sense of responsibility before the fulfillment of a goal, feeling recognized and part of the business achievements.

Both must be related, there cannot be an organization in which one of the two conditions is managed by management, ignoring the other, it is useless to have a human resource with high material incentives if it does not feel an important part of the processes within of the organization, the sense of importance of each human being in the organization leads to success in the objectives and in that fundamental variable both physical and spiritual conditions must be present. See Figure 1.

Of course, the strategic apex plays a fundamental role in this conception of balance between both conditions, drawing up policies within the company that lead to better attention to human beings within the entity is the task of senior management in many cases.

Main deficiencies of the management in the attention to the human resources:

Make the material stimulus predominate over the spiritual stimulus

Not knowing the interests of their employees and therefore taking actions contrary to these interests

Do not meet with employees whenever they deem it necessary

Use areas outside the majority of employees, make divisions by levels of management of dining rooms, social circles and other areas.

These are just some of the deficiencies that have a devastating effect on non-material conditions and therefore on the well-being of human resources in the organization.
