Other aspects that must be taken into account for the creation of an organizational structure are the size of the organization, the technology that is implemented and the prevailing environment; the size of the organization tells us what type of model will be applied, an example is, if the organization is large, it is logical that the application of an organic model will lead the organization to conflicts, why could not assume a communication between each person who is involved within the company, when talking about technology you have to analyze the technological progress that is within the company and thus take into account the criteria for creating and implementing new technology.

When talking about the environment of the company, the environment of the company must be taken into account, many times the competition leads us to make change decisions that can serve for continuous improvement.
