The distraction in the attention of events that affect –among other multiple aspects- the relational rules embodied in the Law, produces significant delays due to maladjustment and marginalization of advanced societies in the world.
This factor distances us from the "things" –in the Ortega sense- considered taking into account the “limited” time, not understood as a solvent but a fast transformer with unavoidable requirements of permanent adaptation.
