What would be your solemn commitment?

Anonim

In my previous article, I told you about "Cultivating the Education of the Heart", referring to the need to form human beings who learn to value life in itself, and commit to their own happiness and that of others, I was also referring to the need for “Education” not only to be oriented towards the formation of human beings who occupy jobs, meaning by this that education should not only be oriented to the rational performance of the individual, but also to good emotional performance of this one. In this sense I asked myself and I ask you: What would be your Solemn Commitment?

Understanding as good emotional performance, the cultivation of emotional balance, which necessarily translates into harmony with the environment and the happiness of the individual and the group.

But, how to achieve all this, if there is not even public awareness and recognition of this need?

Seen this way, the project seems to be lost in a space without limits or rather on a road without road signs.

Is it that perhaps we have not always been in search of the self, as if waiting for something better to happen, which is already close, but which very few have managed to achieve?

Perhaps others, have lived in the permanent evasion of that finding oneself, where they seem to flee from the critical judgment, product of the deep and coherent analysis, but who live installed in the banality, the appearance, the superficiality, in the fatuous, the complaint, the claim, the gossip, the liveliness or the abuse of power.

In short, How to install in the collective, that public recognition of the need to "Cultivate the Education of the Heart" ?, then, in this regard: What would be your Solemn Commitment ?.

And believe me, that it is not again going through to enumerate as a diagnosis, how badly we are going or in a messianic way, take the Ace under the sleeve and make Eureka !.

Definitely, that Eureka !, is built with clear and forceful actions and with a sustained effort over time, to achieve familiarity that ends up causing permanent changes in the consciousness of the collective and creates a culture of respect for what we are and for what surrounds us.

Create the culture of: Empathy, compassion, equanimity, love, quality translated into pride in a job well done.

That being able to familiarize ourselves, until each cell permeates us, to be above all human, capable of identifying the value of social being, of life, of happiness and of individual and collective well-being. That, reflect before acting, before saying a word, that, go to bed and before sleeping, ask ourselves: today, add value to my life, to the world, to another human being?

Reader friend, my first action is: "A Solemn Commitment", with myself and with my environment, to be happy and contribute to the happiness of the other, in each vital moment of my life, from within, from reflection, from the heart.

What would be your solemn commitment?
