In today's world, the formation of the new man demands a humanistic pedagogy that promotes a new pedagogical ethic. The author of this work assumes this problem to make it an important part of her research.

The preparation of the citizens of a country is one of the most important needs to be satisfied in any society, which becomes an essential problem of it. A modern nation requires that all its members possess a certain cultural level that enables it to carry out efficient work. A developed country, or one that aspires to be, has to set itself the objective that all its members be prepared to perform a certain role, among the multiple functions that are carried out within that society.

Make a study of the causes that affect, both individually and socially, analyzing that the main source of acquisition of ethical values ​​is the home, since the formation of conscience begins in family relationships and then they are deepened and reinforced in the bosom of the school. Schools specifically teachers, as education professionals, can reinforce and complement what is given in values ​​at home, strengthening it in cases where young people come from homes with different practices of values.

Morality allows man to orient himself effectively in social life. Moral education must develop in each personality all its qualities, the attitude towards work, deep love for the country, fidelity to the ideas of peace, freedom, dignity and equality, love and respect for humanity to proletarian internationalism and intransigence for those who they do not fulfill their social duty.

DEVELOPING

The value of responsibility forms an inseparable part of the moral of every individual, since it can be reflected in the customs and traditions that every person has acquired throughout his life. This value can give us an answer about the need for reinforcement in others such as: Solidarity, sacrifice, honesty, dedication, cts. It also influences the person, since it can regulate their individual and collective way of acting, allowing the student to enter their environment and positively influence them when we are able to instill adequate ways of manifesting and behaving.

The lack of value can be reflected when the individual manifests himself negatively, when he is not able to demand of himself an action according to the norms and principles of a certain society.

The formation of values ​​is one of the essential pillars for the achievement of a social coexistence capable of building a homeland with peace and justice, because children and young people are our most appreciated heritage.

These elements have been valued taking into account the role that the teacher plays in the learning management process, which must be with the students all the time to build the necessary individual and group transformations.

The study of values ​​is important, in order to contribute to the education of a general and integral culture of the people, to the improvement and continuity of the social system of a given society in the conditions of the 21st century:

At this stage there is a wide controversy about the necessary or not character of an axiology consistent with Marxism. Some argue that it is not necessary, but in its own essence the Marxist-Leninist theory restores the unity between man and the social of values, but with many aspects under discussion, such as; the nature correlation, unlike bourgeois philosophy.

Today there is talk of an axiology that recognizes the nature of value, the objective and subjective in both, the hierarchy of values ​​and the concept of value. The psychological aspects of values ​​are closely related to the pedagogical requirements for their training since all values ​​are the product of an evaluation process, so it is very necessary to highlight the capacity and evaluative ability in the students, guaranteeing that they carry out evaluations. objective and effective independent.

Values ​​have double significance, as the driving force of the activity they provide decision-making guidance at the level of the whole society and are a guideline for decision-making at the level of the entire society, so they can be taken only through activity and communication of the subject.

The systematic incorporation of the students to the activities is necessary using the educational teaching process for their training. In close relationship with practical life, values ​​develop and respond to the needs of the individual, so it is important to relate this process to something significant. Value is everything that contributes to the development of the standard of living or of any society.

Students must know what each value means, analyze it, reflect on it, value it and know the appropriate behaviors, only then can they incorporate it into everyday life.

Values ​​are the product of historical-social development, each historical period and each society emphasizes certain values ​​and the social significance that they possess, so this process requires a fine and differentiated diagnosis of the economic, political and social in which the society is, taking into account the specialties values ​​are formed. The formation of values ​​is multifactorial, as they are the result of diverse influences (the family, the community, the mass media, political and mass organizations, and the school).

In this the school plays a fundamental role, since it corresponds to reinforce the feelings of love, fidelity and respect of students, this work should start from elementary education, this has been the selection criterion of the subject of the present investigation.

Patriotism is considered a guiding value on the scale of values. Whoever loves and respects his country, who loves, protects and cares for nature and the environment, manifests love for the land where he was born, knows the history of his country, loves and respects the national symbols, feels love and respect for the heroes and martyrs. The individual who has all these qualities is considered a patriot is to be able to make any sacrifice selflessly for his country.

Offer your disinterested help, feel protagonist of the processes, become aware of the existence of the other, solidarity with others offering the best of themselves, value collective processes, willingness to share, reject selfishness and are capable of assuming the true concept of friendship in this way is solidarity.
