Undoubtedly, the work of Dr. Ramón Gallegos Nava in Mexico has transcended borders, always supported by that spirit of being an agent of positive change, with the purpose deeply argued in the conviction of generating changes in educational paradigms in people, and society that can take us to stages where significant learning is privileged as well as allowing society to live in communion and responsibility on the same planet that is our common home and also to have a human being strengthened in the spiritual and self-knowledge of the being that allows you to transcend in your passage through this world full of opportunities, and that sometimes we are not able to observe and therefore we miss, this becoming a barrier to achieve the happiness that is in ourselves.

Immediately I intend to present a brief interpretation of the reading that we have done as students of the master's degree in holistic education, and which personally have served to find a clearer meaning in my teaching practice that I develop in my institution and in my own life.

In this work you can find my own point of view and the interpretation of some reflections that are reflected in the work of Dr. Ramón Gallegos in this task of generating a new awareness of future generations and in current generations where the action and genuine practice always privileging the totality, leaving aside the partial and fragmented approach that has left nothing but chaos in society and in the world itself.

To speak of Holistic education is to refer to an education for life, from the moment that it considers an integral formation of the human being, in addition spirituality is contemplated as a supreme state of consciousness that promotes inner peace in us; Now that I have done the readings of the work of Dr. Ramón Gallegos I can confirm that holistic education cannot be conceived in any way as a fashion or a new way of seeing things, but as a macro model through which we can educate everyone being to achieve harmonize with much love the world in which we live.

In the book Spiritual Intelligence, Ramón Gallegos Nava talks about the need for a new holistic vision of intelligence that helps us solve the most crucial problems of humanity in the 21st century, such as hedonism and nihilism. Explore a new vision of intelligence that will lead us to rediscover the current importance of spiritual intelligence, conceived as the ability to be in harmony with the whole, generating meaning for living. Thus, in a profound and poetic way, he speaks to us about the importance of spiritual intelligence and its transcendence in our lives, from education, politics, the environment and business, to the highest and most essential purpose of all beings., the lighting.

As we put our human values ​​into practice, we will be developing spiritual intelligence, emotional tranquility is founded on the practice of spiritual intelligence, which is why it is not easy to achieve since it involves very important aspects in human beings, however it is the challenge in the XXI century, to make it known with the purpose of achieving happiness in the whole world; I understand that the levels of meditation that a person can achieve I think is related to the self-knowledge of the self.

I believe that if we want to be successful in adopting the new model suggested by holistic education, we must stop analyzing things from the partial and start considering the inter-related whole where we can recognize our own transpersonal nature, to achieve a new vision. of a global and non-fragmented world where universal love is developed, wise decisions are made and compassion is practiced as a new way of living.

Therefore, I consider that to speak of educational quality is to have a short view of humanity's own need, since the concept of quality assumes a material reality where the sensory and emotional aspect is never taken into account and the most important is left to On one hand, the spiritual aspect, which is the most fundamental for harmony with the environment conceived as a whole.

In the search for spirituality, in the exercise of internal self-knowledge, we must make all our efforts to practice full humility and not the self-deception that would only lead us to generate a false image in being; I understand spirituality as the central part of education for the 21st century, otherwise we will not be able to transcend time and achieve true changes in the integral human beings responsible for their existence.

Through various characters who give their opinions about their own experiences in the transit through holistic education, I realize the importance that this has in the world, clearly highlighting the way in which Dr. Ramón Gallegos is conclusive in each interview, drawing from these always the best benefit.

It is very interesting how the different works that are being carried out in the world are totally coincident and complementary at the same time, it was a pleasant surprise for me that thanks to the wisdom of Dr. Ramón Gallegos, our country is among one of the First in the strategies of the diffusion and application of holistic education, this is evident when comparing the diverse comments made by the different interviewees.

I am convinced that we have to move away from materialism that leads us to uncontrolled and alienating consumerism, since the simplest way to reach spirituality, which definitely leads us to the full knowledge of our true nature, that is, the perennial philosophy itself, which is one of the reasons to be able to give universal love and find equanimity and harmony with kosmos.

I am convinced that in everything we do our spiritual life is always present because through our actions it reflects what we are internally, in the same way, becoming immune to the bombings of the different media is part of our spiritual practice, in this felt the practice of meditation in the great opportunity to be better and better human beings.

It is the perennial philosophy, the treatise of the fundamental being, it is the millennial wisdom of humanity that has had various expositors throughout time and cultures, its purpose is the unitive knowledge of the divine basis that is in all beings and all things. perennial philosophy is the core of our own, the process of evolution of consciousness can be understood as a process of recognition of our true nature. The evolution of consciousness is a process of recognition of our true nature; We have a body, but we are not the body, we have a mind, but we are not the psychic apparatus, we are not a mere cultural product, our true nature transcends everything.

The individual being and the universal being share the same eternal identity. Our ultimate goal is to discover the absolute identity between the inner self and the divine base for ourselves, to discover directly who we really are.

As long as we continue to believe in scientism, education with a human face, which is what holistic education intends, will not be possible, therefore, this is one of the challenges to overcome in this century, despite the fact that instrumental rationality is nothing other than considering the reality from the partial and with short vision.

Learning to be, I think, is what refers to the freedom that every human being must have in their formation process that culminates in touching aspects of integrity and spirituality; An integral vision leads us to consider all the educational experience practiced to date, however, it considers it as complementary aspects to achieve a human consciousness of life with an internal order to achieve responsible coexistence and with a global and sustainable spirit.

The educational process is, then, understood as a process of expansion of consciousness towards stages or memes of greater integrity, depth and spirituality.

A book that at the time had great international recognition to such a degree that it has been translated into the English language, is “Holistic Education”, which served to be recognized as the book of the year in the USA during 2001; In its content we can find a clear description of all the principles that underpin holistic education, including a language that allows us to present the theses and defend with arguments an integrating proposal for education that allows us to do without setting aside traditional education.

To achieve transcending it is necessary to first achieve total integrity in our being, and in this book we can find the proposal of the multilevel - multidimensional model.

Likewise, there is talk of the possibility of integrating the different aspects of education assuming a holistic totality, we can also establish that holistic education is the way to achieve the evolution of consciousness to its highest point, which is spiritual consciousness.

In order to talk about spirituality, I consider that we must begin by recognizing our own planetary origin, which helps us understand how new cultures evolve more rapidly.

The human being in his evolution of his consciousness first lived the unconscious spirituality as wilber expresses it, going through the different stages to reach the holistic - spiritual consciousness, from this point of view holistic education should be the conduit that allows evolution order of the conscience of humanity that leads us to become a responsible society and committed to respecting the environment with a globalizing and sustainable approach.

I am convinced that the practice of spirituality leads us to give universal love, which means the freedom to unconditionally give everything.

When we are able to differentiate the quality of integrity, I believe that we have taken a very important step in education and this can be confirmed with the own results that we have in institutions where quality has been privileged, putting aside the aspect of being, and where it is seen as a number and not as a thinking subject.

Through our mechanistic training it is difficult for us to understand the differentiation between quality and integrity that in holistic education itself is the central part, I believe that if we can understand the complementation of the four quadrants we will come to understand that there are well-established lines of development and that in the end lead us to understand our own existence.

I completely agree that quality is necessary but integrity is fundamental, especially in the family relationship, because that is where it can be seen reflected with the results of giving only the material but not the spiritual. It is clear that through a multilevel - multidimensional perspective accompanied by a real differentiation between quality and integrity, it is possible to think about building a true holistic educational model.

I have understood that holistic education in order to be a reality must have basic principles that allow us to order ideas and put it into practice, since it must be experiential, so that it can generate the own evolution of consciousness that promotes the paradigm shift that leads us towards universal spirituality; For this reason, we can say that the mere development of an integral theory of education is not sufficient for the evolution of consciousness. It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive, transformative practice, the direct experience of genuine spirituality through various paths that have been pointed out in perennial philosophy..

As we put holistic principles into practice in the classroom so much in today's reality, I consider that technological ones are a fertile place where we can transform beings and make their education and learning become a natural expression of the joy of living, since for holistic education loving life is loving learning.

I believe that the characteristics of learning communities are transcendental and functional because they are stages where a clear concept of plurality prevails, which is dialogue, which leads us to consensus, that is, a true democracy is practiced, a necessary foundation for achieving significant progress personally and above all spiritually.

I definitely agree that integrity leads us to articulation, generates harmony, allows us to see global aspects, we understand the complex and it leads us to create awareness of human holons.

In a learning community there must always be co-responsibility and interdependence between parents, teachers and students.

Talking about universal love implies having a kosmic vision where interdependence and intradependence exist, as can be understood with the study of quantum physics, which is nothing other than the analysis of the energy in transit in the universe.

Holistic education teaches us that we are constantly learning and that this is an education for life and is limited to the four walls of a classroom. This is how we can know the spiritual foundations of the things that surround us throughout our lives. lives. An integral vision of education is presented, with universal love as the primary educational reality. The great challenge for the education of the 21st century will then be to have human beings with a high spiritual development who can share universal love and it is clear that this was not achieved with pure academic interest in the development of cognitive skills but deepening in terms of the present and future reflection of the times.

With this general vision that we have just had about the work of Dr. Gallegos, we realize why this movement is taking more and more force, as this new paradigm is penetrating each and every aspect of our lives, the Humanity's primary need at the moment, fortunately for us holists, is focused on its rediscovery, on being able to find itself, on reintegrating with nature, with the universe, with the kosmos, this in a certain way facilitates the tasks that we must start now, but we know that we will not succeed if we do not start by ourselves.

This is why holistic education is a comprehensive process to restructure education in all its aspects. As a new paradigm, it provides us with a global framework based on the best of human knowledge. Considered the new educational paradigm for the 21st century, it has been developed from the sciences of complexity; The result has been a holistic educational paradigm, unprecedented in the history of education, that is radically revolutionizing our ideas in the educational field.

Holistic education overcomes the reductionist and scientistic vision, considering the human being in its entirety, and works in six dimensions: emotional, social, cognitive, body and spiritual aesthetics.

It is very clear that the holistic principles of interdependence, diversity, totality, flow, change, unity, sustainability, social responsibility etc. they are at the base of the new educational paradigm with the simple purpose of an integral formation of the human being, an objective that can only be achieved by surpassing the Newtonian-Cartesian paradigm of mechanical science of the 17th century and which today unfortunately still continues to dominate the different educational systems such as technological ones. This is a real challenge for all of us who, in one way or another, find ourselves involved in the academic-administrative work of these institutions.
