The educational manager as a human being occupies a central position within the organization due to his unique body of values, perceptions, skills and abilities, which interact as an entity in the broader social system.

So, classroom management represents the vital and feasible alternative in times of crisis. Both the manager and the teacher handle special situations, such as: evaluation, communication, motivation, planning, control, change, among others, which places it within a management context throughout the term, this implies that teachers Classroom managers must be effective so that they can be considered agents of change, because what they aim to achieve in students as a final product are changes in behavior and learning.

The classroom can be considered as a social system, since individuals with different characteristics are immersed in it, whose initial product of classroom tasks is learning.

It is important to note that in classroom management, the teacher establishes actions and strategies that allow him to solve the problem of order in the classroom, taking into account that order does not mean discipline, silence, passivity of the students, but rather refers to the provision of the environment required for the planned activity to be fully carried out, the classroom represents the environmental context where the instruction takes place, but it cannot be put into practice if there is not an adequate environment for the activity to be carried out successfully.

Classroom management represents for the teacher an alternative to raise the quality and productivity of education, as well as motivates the teacher to better understand his profession, acting as a manager in the classroom, expanding the educational fact due to the social dimensions of classroom, and possess sufficient competencies in the managerial field in the physical environments, of time, provision, maintenance and thus carry out this task so difficult and complex and at times that the country so badly needs.
