Existentialism from the philosophical point of view says that the sources and elements of knowledge are sensations as they exist in our consciousness and that there is no difference between the internal and external world.
Broadly speaking, the concept of existentialism is confusing and obscure. There is no clear and unanimous theoretical definition. However, the most shared conception points towards a philosophical movement, whose fundamental postulate is that it is human beings, individually, who create the meaning and essence of their lives.
The current, in general, highlights the fact of man's freedom and temporality, of his existence in the world rather than of his supposed deep essence. The philosophical questions of existentialism tend to dig deep into the human condition.
Now we already know one of the many definitions of existentialism but what happens when the same subject enters into the conflict of asking himself, Why do I exist? At this moment the subject tends to see things from a different point of view since he tries to interpret both his existence and the existence of everything around him.
The subject tends to want to know everything around him out of simple curiosity or to want to know more, but what he does not realize is that the more he wants to understand the less he can understand himself internally and personally, since he falls into knowing more from the outside and know less about yourself.
Unfortunately the subject believes that if he exists there tends to exist everything that surrounds him, but also in this way he manages to understand that if the subject does not also exist anything that surrounds him tends to exist, that way of To think that because the fact that it joins the many branches that exist in an ecosystem does not exist does not mean that the rest either.
From the legal point of view, we could say that the subject, when integrating a society, with certain characteristics and problems, tries to interpret every aspect of it, but for this reason, laws, rules, regulations, etc. are born. The same subject interprets it in such a way that if he exists he wants to apply laws that make his existence have permanence and order.
The subject will apply the laws for the problems that exist but, those same laws are created for those acts that do not yet exist in a certain time, they are preventive and that is their function.
Considerations
Existentialism is one of the most discussed currents based on the relationship between what exists and the being or subject, since the fundamental basis of this philosophical current is that the subject must exist in order for everything around him to exist.
Existentialism is a humanism: but not a humanism that values humanity for the excellence of any of its members, nor for the supposed goodness of humanity as a whole; It is a humanism for declaring that there is no other legislator than man himself, for affirming freedom and the need to transcend the situation, to surpass himself, to claim the human sphere as the only sphere to which man belongs.
