It is indisputable that a large number of research teachers have not understood that the new educational paradigms suppose a constant update, in the teacher's enthusiasm, their motivation towards innovation, in short, a favorable attitude to assume these pedagogical changes, all this indistinctly from the paradigm taught by the teacher, technological, critical socio-constructivist, emerging, rationalist, interpretive, ecological, symbolic, among others, it is then attempted to take on new challenges without losing the scientific essence and promoting the search for development of new projects, to keep up to date, creating work networks in groups debating ideas with foundation, promoting innovation, linking science and technology more and more every day in accordance with the programs and projects necessary for national development,In this way, scientific research will be oriented towards the precise objectives that allow addressing innovation by generating added telecommunication value and entering the forefront of this new tool offered by the new technology so important for the learning process, which is necessary Identify the Internet within the social and technological process, as well as its importance in the educational field, it is also relevant to know the use of the Internet in institutions. And I end by commenting thatthe individual who is well integrated into a palpably cohesive investigative group is better able than others to withstand the emotional shocks of everyday life.
