The application of techniques, actions and skills are part of a process of change and creates the need for educators to be concerned with seeking significant transformations, based on the continuous and systematized review of educational practices and action in the management of alternatives to make learning effective where the teacher must be up to date with new technologies and teaching strategies. In this same vein, it is appropriate to point out that the roles that the teacher has to play obviously depend on the paradigm or paradigms within which they have to carry out their teaching work.
For Llera (2002). It states that: “a paradigm is a mental perspective, scheme or picture that we maintain while we are engaged in a scientific inquiry. (p.234). So, the paradigm works like a theory that helps us organize and understand reality, a paradigm can favor and harm. Favor insofar as it provides a scheme with which you can organize stimuli in a meaningful way. Harm insofar as it limits and conditions the vision that we may have of things. However, Llera (2002), maintains: "The new educational paradigm, focused on learning, can correctly mark the direction in which educational innovations can go with guarantees of success, since the educational paradigm focused on learning exercises directive functions, oriented towards educational change" (p 235).
It is indisputable that a large number of research teachers have not understood that the new educational paradigms suppose a constant update, in the teacher's enthusiasm, their motivation towards innovation, in short, a favorable attitude to assume these pedagogical changes, all this indistinctly from the paradigm taught by the teacher, technological, critical socio-constructivist, emerging, rationalist, interpretive, ecological, symbolic, among others, it is then attempted to take on new challenges without losing the scientific essence and promoting the search for development of new projects, to keep up to date, creating work networks in groups debating ideas with foundation, promoting innovation, linking science and technology more and more every day in accordance with the programs and projects necessary for national development,In this way, scientific research will be oriented towards the precise objectives that allow addressing innovation by generating added telecommunication value and entering the forefront of this new tool offered by the new technology so important for the learning process, which is necessary Identify the Internet within the social and technological process, as well as its importance in the educational field, it is also relevant to know the use of the Internet in institutions. And I end by commenting thatthe individual who is well integrated into a palpably cohesive investigative group is better able than others to withstand the emotional shocks of everyday life.
