- Upon waking up and before doing anything else, stop and list all the personal and material achievements you have been blessed with. Be grateful for the abilities, skills, qualities, in short all the abilities that allowed you to achieve those achievements.

- Then discover something special on that day, something for which you can feel grateful. Every day they hide something wonderful, take it out of the hiding place and let it elevate your positive feeling.

- Maintaining an attitude of gratitude will connect you with the valuable things in your life. And this, without a doubt, will add positive feelings to every moment of your days.

- As you go down your path each day, have conversations with God in important and intimate moments. These talks should be different from those where you ask for special favors. In these, express your willingness to do your best and ask him for the wisdom necessary to create solutions and, of course, also thank him for his help.

- Take a walk. But without distractors. Let your five senses feel the heat, the grass, listen to the little birds sing, whatever. This will make you aware that the problems you have are trifles compared to what you can enjoy in life.

- Enjoy the demonstrations of affection, those that come from the hearts of those who love you the most and you will be, in itself, a more complete person, full of positive energies. Feeling loved increases the ability to be optimistic.

- When you have gratitude in your heart, you acquire a new disposition to give to others, so that they also experience the joy that you feel. You will discover that you want to contribute to satisfy the needs and desires of others without expecting compensation. And that in turn will generate more fullness.

It is all a matter of recognizing in yourself the achievements and of recognizing in others the contributions received. And it is that after recognition only gratitude remains. But this is so powerful that after the gratitude received, the human being feels in the best disposition to execute new acts in favor of the grateful person, an act that leads us to a new cycle, to a virtuous cycle.
