We have all seen that the past 15 years have passed. A guy has an ability. The company reduces the size. His division is eliminated and since he only has one ability, he is now vulnerable. He wanders around saying, "Oh my, these past few years I should have taken some classes that would have taught me a couple more things and I wouldn't be here in this vulnerable position."

I think in this 21st century, it is so important to have multiple skills. What I have discovered is that if you are already in sales or multi-level marketing, or have an entrepreneurial business or plan it in the future, you can gain the necessary skills for the future while you earn your income now.

Here is my final little list for job training, so you can learn while you earn:

1) SALES

I started my sales journey, which of course dynamically changed my life back at the age of 25. The first year, I multiplied my income by five. I was raised in the country of farms. I knew how to milk cows, but this was not paid well. But, sales altered the course of my life. I learned how to present a valid product on the market, talk about its virtues, get someone to say "Yes", and then give him / her good service.

2) RECRUITING

Later, I learned how to expand my business - build an organization. We've all heard the question, "Is it better to have a personal sale worth $ 1,000 of product or your people's $ 10 sale that's better? »If you ask me, I'll take the 100 out of $ 10. Recruiting - the ability to multiply your efforts - once mastered, is for life and the greatest resources of leadership and time management.

3) ORGANIZING

Later, I learned about organization. Maintaining your own program has always been difficult from time to time, but today, you have to balance multiple tasks and people to achieve maximum results. You will find that profitability is massive once you have tapped into the synergy and momentum of your group and team dynamics.

4) PROMOTION

First is the spring campaign and then the autumn campaign. So this is the goal of the campaign of the month. You never know when this is going to click on someone to want or have to buy from you or be a part of what you do, but having the offer, the special, or the competition that goes when they are ready can make all the difference.

5) RECOGNITION

MLM offers the possibility to belong. Some people work harder for recognition of what they do than for money. You come with a little promotion for this month or this quarter, and everything changes for them. I found that this paid big money.

6) COMMUNICATION

Last, I learned communication - how to do the training, how to do the teaching. And, probably the greatest gift of all, she learned to inspire with words. Inspire people to better see who they are - with all those gifts, all those skills. I know the voice that tells them that they have made a wise decision and why.

Now, I believe that with just this short, small list I have given you, you will be better equipped for the modern MLM in the world! My caveat is to learn multiple skills, or if I say, backup skills for the 21st century. There is no better place to learn them than on the job where you already are, doing what you do now.
