1- Detection of Nonconformity IF:
- Defining the problem clearly and synthetically Addressing manageable problems
Not:
- Mention causes Cause culprits Mention solutions in the definition
2.- Immediate Action or disposition
Action taken to provide a quick solution to the problem
3- Analysis of the cause
A correct analysis of the cause of the problem will allow us to definitively eradicate it. For this there are different tools
that can help us in the search for the most important cause
4- Generation of Corrective Action
Action taken to prevent the problem from happening again
5- Verification of implementation / effectiveness
Corrective Action must be carried out as planned. A poor implementation and / or an incorrect analysis of the cause could make Corrective Action less effective. If the CA is not effective, a new cause analysis will have to be carried out in order to generate a new Corrective Action.
