This work corresponds to the application of the main process management tools, based on the principles of ISO standards, an application is made for the implementation of a hypothetical Micro-company, such as a Montallantas.
During the development, the deployment of tools such as the determination of the strategic direction, matrix of policies and objectives, map of processes, characterization of processes, deployment of the quality function, HoQ, theory of constraints, TOC, Benchmarking and Plan of quality. Likewise, the application of process improvement tools is observed, which are fundamental for obtaining corporate results.
