RELATIONAL CAPITAL - (KR)

The power of the 3 basic questions:

More and more the activity of the company is relationships, more and more the new Assets of the companies are defined as “intangibles”, often having more value than the tangible ones. One of these assets is undoubtedly relational capital (KR).

Relationships with Employees, Clients, Suppliers, Banks, etc., are really what sustain, promote and facilitate the navigability of a business adventure

We are at a special moment in the economic world for a long time, since the competitive advantage and differentiation factors often come from intangibles and from working with intensity on the KR (Relational Capital).

And this concept arises from the Department of RELATIONSHIPS or COMMUNICATIONS, which is sometimes lacking in companies, as a concept and what is more as a communications protocol.

The COMMUNICATIONS department should naturally systematize RELATIONSHIPS with each sensitive area (see above graph):

• Facilitate natural empathy with each area defined as STRATEGIC and analyze the quality of relationships with stakeholders, which allows the navigability of the company.

• Connect with STRUCTURAL Capital, and decision-making power, to facilitate said functionality. (A company with 10 salespeople and 1 worker in production is not the same as a company with 10 workers in production and 1 salesperson, for example)

• PROTOCOLIZE the management of relationships, stimulate them, as well as create them (relationships) when these do not exist or simply do not have the necessary “size”. …….Because “size” always matters…. ☺

• ALIGN relations with the corporate culture and its managers

• Periodically MEASURE their quality

• Check that the communications created facilitate the PRIDE of belonging to the company

• Check that the brand, that the corporate culture, that "our flag" they represent an intangible value, more important than the company's “Fixed Assets”

• Validate that our differentiation, that our specialization is recognized by third parties, before even establishing negotiations or relationships.

• Check that it STRENGTHENS us and that we are something more than a SL, a SA, etc.

OUR INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND OUR INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS.-

It is essential that our KR (Relational Capital) being important, the most powerful group is the intellectual capital, since it is precisely the one that CREATES THE RELATIONSHIP with third parties.
