Assertiveness is required, for self-knowledge of one's own behavior and that of third parties, it is a skill that can be formed with discipline and rigor that will allow to achieve a management of emotions and situations. Empathy as the foundation of communication is the shortest way to successfully reach it, generating inclusive teams. Respect as a fundamental basis in society and as an individual value must prevail whenever we manage our emotions so that we can only obtain positive results and personal growth of ourselves and others.
