Public speaking and enthusiasm

Anonim

The most important element of group communication is enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is 85 percent of a speaker's chance of success.

Communication in front of the auditoriums must have substance, but also form. And the best way is to speak with energy, with courage, with enthusiasm, with enthusiasm. Eager for what? To persuade. To sell what you are thinking, what you are raising.

You have to speak with passion and feeling. A talk without feeling is a mechanical, sterile, meaningless talk. Enthusiasm is that part of myself that I put into my talk. You have to show your emotions. Emotion, most of the time, arouses excited responses in the audience.

You have to make people live the talk, make them feel every word you say, and for that you need to speak with emotion. When people vibrate, they live the talk, they get excited, it is a success. There are speakers who have very important things to say, but they say them without spirit, without enthusiasm, without verve, and consequently they lose the audience. Enthusiasm is the determining element in a speaker's success.

Public speaking and stage fright

If a person has nothing to say, if he does not know the subject on which he is going to speak, if he does not master modern public speaking techniques. So how can you not feel stage fright ? Not even San Pancracio will be able to help him. There are no miracles for those who are not prepared.

To master stage fright, you have to master the subject thoroughly, master how it is to be conveyed, and master modern public speaking techniques. Why are the people who are going to speak in front of the auditoriums afraid? It may be because of the doubts they have on the subject. That fear disappears when the person gains confidence and self-assurance, which can arise from preparation and mastery of the subject. That is why one must speak on subjects in which they have earned the right to do so.

You have to earn the right, with experience, trajectory, preparation, the habit of reading, practice. Fears do not disappear by the work and grace of the Holy Spirit, but with preparation and practice you will be more and more calm. You are alive and nervous, it is normal. Don't believe in the deception of losing your stage fright. It takes a lot of training and practice.
