When speaking of neuroscience, reference is usually made to the set of sciences that interact in such a way that they can analyze the human being from the biological, biochemical, psychological, among other approaches, in order to study - among other things - the elements that affect The conduct. This in order to understand things such as the way we relate, the reactions to various situations and the particularities associated with decision-making.

Considering this, neuroscience allows a comprehensive study of being, considering both the material and the ethereal. In this context, Acevedo (2014) maintains that “in each person there is a three-dimensional system: body, soul and spirit… it is enough to know if one knows how to manage in its three dimensions”. The speaker expresses that these three aspects are interdependent among themselves and that they require, as parts of a whole, the attention and dedication to find a balance between them. On this, he refers that in a first level or dimension, the body is the vital essence which represents the material component; then, there is the soul, the one that catalogs the permeable membrane between the body-spirit and in turn, the one that concentrates both moral and ethics; it is for his part, the spirit the source of energy of the being or as it expresses it “it is the most sublime thing that man has”.

Likewise, the lecturer makes the analogy of body, soul and spirit with mind, value scheme and decision making, respectively. With which a person will be able to take advantage of her potential improvement to the same extent that she is part of a state of consciousness that makes her more and more responsible for herself in all her dimensions.

In this context, Drucker (1999.p.30) states that “success in the knowledge economy comes to those who know themselves; their strengths, their values and how they perform best ”. It is understandable then, that it follows that whoever seeks to know himself and to function better in the socio-labor sphere has to deal with addressing each of these elements in a systemic way. On the other hand, you have to make these practices habits that allow you to channel the improvement process in your daily life.

Therefore, if one thinks about the cause-effect relationship and the fact that we are part of a system, then it could be estimated that when the people who lead organizations are immersed in this state of consciousness, it is possible to promote the same dynamics among collaborators. Such as the effect of the critical mass product of the theory known as the "hundredth monkey effect", which starts from the premise that our behavior attends to social habits, which would imply that if a critical mass develops within each organization capable of adopting practices in favor of this body, mind and spirit system, we would have more fully committed people and in harmony of individual-organizational values.
