The reality of the global world forces organizations to have an efficient human resource within their Departments or business units that fully complies with each of the assigned tasks. Social Responsibility: the new HR model has the great task of coordinating social responsibility for the organization, in past times this activity was not developed because it was considered an unnecessary expense for the organization, social marketing has been in charge to demonstrate the opposite since by carrying out this activity there is an important gain for the organization, firstly helping the community where the organization operates, secondly, making itself known through any help or collaboration and finally benefiting a person, family or community makes this work very marked and gives it an air of greatness before the external public and among its workers.
