Introduction

Educational reform is a subject to be addressed in every sense, it is the daily bread in Mexico, schools without students and students without teachers. Where we can see in the news the educational strikes that are taking place around the country.

There are many myths about educational reform, everyone manages it and alters it in a way that suits them, both authorities, teachers and even the media.

It is intended that there be a change with the new educational reform, but if it is not analyzed and prepared objectively, it will not be able to result, it is comfortable to propose but it is complicated when applying and evaluating the new change.

Development

The educational reform is a radical change for the country of Mexico proposed by the current president Enrique Peña Nieto, and rejected by most of the nation's teachers, going through a great conflict throughout the country paralyzing basic education and delaying academic performance of our learners.

This reform consists of major changes for education, such as the proposed evaluation of all teachers in our country, which the union and the teachers themselves refuse to carry out, are in complete refusal to put it into practice. Last year an evaluation was carried out to verify the approval percentage, which the results were very low, with 75% of teachers failed. The reform does not intend to sanction teachers who do not pass the exams, but rather to train them and strengthen their weaknesses, to achieve better performance and development in their work area. The teachers think that they will be fired or have some sanction in their work but the educational reform does not affect or modify the labor rights of workers enshrined in article 123 of the Constitution.

The evaluation that is intended to be implemented with the educational reform is not an optical reading exam, the objective is to go beyond a knowledge test, that is, evaluations about the performance of teachers in the classroom, where specialists are allowed to observe and analyze the qualities of each one and be able to realize the areas of opportunity that each teacher can have.

Another of the most outstanding issues about the educational reform is to take control of the SNTE over the distribution and administration of teachers, pass them into the hands of another institution where there is greater control and accurate count of the number of teachers, students, schools, etc.., since to this day the exact amount is not available, where there are teachers who have more than one place, what is intended in addition to control is the distribution of work to trained people who meet the requirements and pass the test of teaching.

The educational reform aims to make educational institutions "autonomous" where they can freely manage the economic resources they receive, without requesting authorization for the changes and implementations that they want to make to the school (infrastructure). The government intends to raise the quality and equity of education in the country. Granting the same rights and benefits to both urban and rural schools in the nation.

Labor rights are guaranteed for teachers. Since the reform relies on the commitment of each teacher, by wanting to excel and strengthen the weaknesses they may have, preparing themselves in a better way, planning classes, looking for strategies, where the objective is the student, and whoever benefits from all this.

The reform does not modify our Mexican constitution that governs us, so it does not change article 3 where it makes clear mention that public education is compulsory, secular and "free" so the costs will not be high, much less think about privatizing educational institutions.

Another of the changes mentioned is to open full-time schools, where students take better advantage of the education and teaching that is carried out, since the time they spend in school is short, not counting the many vacations and bridges that are granted to the country's education.

In the same way, changing the diet of students in schools, since most of the food is based on "junk" food, and we are one of the first countries in obesity, it is a great challenge to change eating habits, but not impossible. If you start the change from a young age and from education, there could be any type of change in society or country.

For all these types of changes that are wanted or will be implemented in the country's education, it will be achieved and carried out as long as it has a high quality administration, both of students, teachers, school, money, resources, etc.. Having the control, the objective and the very clear vision could exist the changes that want to be reflected in the country through education.

conclusion

The ideas are good, but the conflict is that the strategies are not well established and how each of these will be carried out, many things are intended, but when doing them, the ideas of how to achieve the objective are not established well or landed.

As is well known, we have a low educational quality compared to other countries, this is not due to the reform that is being carried out now or to the one that we want to start carrying out, but to the education that we have always had and the habits that we They are lacking as people, students, professionals or citizens of this country, they do not grow or forge us from an early age with what is required, if they do not want to implement changes when it is more complex to comply with this. A great example is the lack of reading in the country, the percentage of people with habits and love for reading is low, where in addition to vocabulary our own culture increases, if more than half of Mexicans read the educational quality would rise both students and teachers would be able to answer the exam where it is intended to corroborate the level, and pass it.However, as the level is known, the same teachers refuse to be evaluated and exhibited. But the simple fact of presenting the Link test each year in the students, and seeing that they fail it automatically, we realize that the teachers fail together with them, because they are doing something wrong as teachers. As the number of failed students is exaggerated, and the failure to be able to prepare students for tests of this type in a good way. We anchor ourselves to the traditionalist method by comfort zone where we do not teach students to be critical and autonomous people, but rather machines that repeat the same teacher's thought, use retention and memory. But the simple fact of presenting the Link test each year in the students, and seeing that they fail it automatically, we realize that the teachers fail together with them, because they are doing something wrong as teachers. Without having habits, discipline and values, we continue to be forged in the same society, turning this into a vicious circle where we will not be able to get out, because if the community and our social group do not have the necessary character or the adequate preparation to be the leader of the nation and direct the country, will not know how to properly administer what is granted, but the same authorities that govern us leave our society and if it is not ready to be at the top and make decisions, we will continue in the same way, since even if the best model is implemented educational, but if you don't have the right people for the practice and we don't want a change in ourselves as individuals, nothing established will work.

Everything comes from good administration and knowing how to apply each strategy appropriately and for everything. If the authorities manage the resources that are available when applying it in education, some change could result.
