Introduction
We will talk about how the Educational Quality that is in our country is currently, we will make a brief explanation addressing critical points about the value of education that teachers represent us, their training, teaching tools, as well as how important educational training at home is; what we are doing wrong or who are responsible. Doing research on forums and interviews conducted on this topic. We will address the importance of the academic training of teachers and their respective updating of their knowledge.
We will give some points to follow to carry out a Formative Education full of values and thus achieve our goal of improving the country in the not too distant future. Leaving this as a task to the next generations from now on.
Background
We can define Education as “The process of socialization of individuals. In this process the person assimilates and acquires knowledge ”. (G., 1969, p. 1).
Education is intended to lead the human being to realize his own personality that throughout his life will serve as a tool for his satisfaction of needs. For this, we consider focusing on the pillar of this process, Quality, "A set of qualities that constitutes the way, way of being of a person or thing" (M. Lagunas, p. 1).
So the result of Educational Quality is the qualities that will be established in Education.
The Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and the General Law of Education; These being the pillars that function as regulators of the educational system.

The State guarantees the quality of compulsory education so that the educational materials and methods, the school organization, the educational infrastructure and the suitability of the teachers and managers guarantee the maximum learning achievement of the students. (United, pp. 3,4)
We believe that in Mexico the great unknown of Educational Quality began around 1987 with the dissatisfaction of Education due to the little relevance in academic performance for adults.
Development
Educational Quality is a very worrying issue for us as Mexicans, since we have detected and investigated in different sources and experiences how the lack of Quality is very important and essential for a person, from the beginning of their educational period (preschool and primary) there we can say that the true quality resides in the student; this is clearly deposited in the teaching of the teacher supported by the academic level that he has throughout his experience.
We think that the first structure of education is built in the home as the first instance with the values that our parents teach us in general, the family, from there we have our first teaching. If that learning is bad we start very badly, however we cannot say that our way forward is already bad or that we will no longer have a solution to this bad teaching.
It is possible to align ourselves on this bad path that has not started correctly, since we have even more way to go and forge ourselves properly.
“Teachers are the pillar of Education in Mexico, but that gives us the authority to not teach adequately and thus take the educational system as a prisoner, thus obtaining benefits for their own person. He must restrict himself to respecting the rules imposed as a teacher he represents to improve the quality of teaching "
Carlos Kasuga tells us that we need Formative Education, which is full of values. They consider that Quality always begins with Cleanliness, Punctuality and respect, since in their school Liceo Mexicano Japones puts as an example that it does not have cleaning personnel since each student is created with the idea that a punishment is Cleaning (picking up trash or washing bathrooms) when what is really forming a value as a virtue for his students. Prioritizing Values more than knowledge. (Kasuga, 2011)
It is more important to educate well than to do evaluations, we know that today with issues of educational reform we cannot apply knowledge tests to our teachers if you know that we have been dragging teaching problems for years and now demand that they teach the new ones properly generations. As we said at the beginning, we should first teach our teachers how to do it and train them. (Andere, 2013)
We can say that poor educational quality and equity is one of the main factors that limit not only the individual but also the country to competitiveness. This is giving us catastrophic results in recent years as an educational level; as we do not stand out adequately.
We conclude with these improvements and actions that we believe can improve the Educational Quality of schools and students in our country: (OECD).
Define teaching
We need to define the standards to be followed by teachers so that society knows what effective teaching should be followed.
Attract better teaching candidates
Look for teachers with high-level profession status, not only focus on Normal Schools. Stable making them selection tests as well as other tools for their evaluation.
It must be made very clear that at this point is where fatal errors are mostly made since we omit our suggestion and almost always introduce and adapt the teacher with a low academic level by our own intuition or recommendation in a particular way and we omit our evaluation tools. Let's forget about this and do things correctly so that the gears of our education turn and fit correctly.
Strengthen initial teacher training
We will achieve this by standardizing said initial teaching (Values).
Improve initial teacher evaluation
We must develop and improve the National Draw for the Assignment of Teaching Places, introducing instruments that help us measure the knowledge and skills of new teachers.
Open all teaching positions or contest
All places without exception must be put to competition.
Create induction and trial periods
That initial training is not enough, training must be scheduled and scheduled in other periods of the educational cycle in order to update learning through both channels. It is important to mention that the teacher's experience also participates.
Improve professional development
Professional development courses must be appropriate and necessary, based primarily on the needs that are encountered in schools.
Evaluate to help improve
The evaluation system for teachers must be standardized in such a way as to recognize the effort that is made by each one; as well as penalizing those who do not do so, the bad members will be classified.
Define effective school leadership
Define clear standards of Leadership, management, skills and values that you must have.
Professionalize the training and appointment of directors
Standardize as a starting point the development of the Director that leads us to organize, guarantee the training of his services and thus satisfy the needs in his position process.
Build institutional leadership capacity in and between schools
It is important to share the scope of a school with other sisters, this will make everyone's development easier since we will be creating a network of continuous improvement and giving more opportunities for growth to all the institutions.
Increase school autonomy
Leaders must always be involved in key decisions that transcend schools.
Ensure functioning for all schools
Avoid discrimination against schools due to their area of establishment, being equitable in the distribution of the resources allocated to them.
Strengthen social participation
School councils must have power or influence over important issues.

The importance of Educational Quality is essential for the country's capacity to increase economic opportunities and social mobility of the population, as we already mentioned in this topic, the teaching workforce, directors, families and mainly students are the basis for this is given; If we want to envision a future as an important economy before the OECD and move our current position, we must act.
We must make sure that if it happens, we remember all education is born at home with our home teachers (Our parents). To establish formative education (Values).
