Introduction

We will talk about how the Educational Quality that is in our country is currently, we will make a brief explanation addressing critical points about the value of education that teachers represent us, their training, teaching tools, as well as how important educational training at home is; what we are doing wrong or who are responsible. Doing research on forums and interviews conducted on this topic. We will address the importance of the academic training of teachers and their respective updating of their knowledge.

We will give some points to follow to carry out a Formative Education full of values ​​and thus achieve our goal of improving the country in the not too distant future. Leaving this as a task to the next generations from now on.

We can define Education as “The process of socialization of individuals. In this process the person assimilates and acquires knowledge ”. (G., 1969, p. 1).

Education is intended to lead the human being to realize his own personality that throughout his life will serve as a tool for his satisfaction of needs. For this, we consider focusing on the pillar of this process, Quality, "A set of qualities that constitutes the way, way of being of a person or thing" (M. Lagunas, p. 1).

So the result of Educational Quality is the qualities that will be established in Education.

Development

Educational Quality is a very worrying issue for us as Mexicans, since we have detected and investigated in different sources and experiences how the lack of Quality is very important and essential for a person, from the beginning of their educational period (preschool and primary) there we can say that the true quality resides in the student; this is clearly deposited in the teaching of the teacher supported by the academic level that he has throughout his experience.

We think that the first structure of education is built in the home as the first instance with the values ​​that our parents teach us in general, the family, from there we have our first teaching. If that learning is bad we start very badly, however we cannot say that our way forward is already bad or that we will no longer have a solution to this bad teaching.

It is possible to align ourselves on this bad path that has not started correctly, since we have even more way to go and forge ourselves properly.

We can say that poor educational quality and equity is one of the main factors that limit not only the individual but also the country to competitiveness. This is giving us catastrophic results in recent years as an educational level; as we do not stand out adequately.

Define teaching

We need to define the standards to be followed by teachers so that society knows what effective teaching should be followed.

Attract better teaching candidates

Leaders must always be involved in key decisions that transcend schools.

Ensure functioning for all schools

Avoid discrimination against schools due to their area of ​​establishment, being equitable in the distribution of the resources allocated to them.

Strengthen social participation

School councils must have power or influence over important issues.

The importance of Educational Quality is essential for the country's capacity to increase economic opportunities and social mobility of the population, as we already mentioned in this topic, the teaching workforce, directors, families and mainly students are the basis for this is given; If we want to envision a future as an important economy before the OECD and move our current position, we must act.
