Summary

Introduction
The man uses the information to develop his knowledge, being valid at the beginning "There is no knowledge without information", the information together with the knowledge, is considered as an unlimited resource, which man has for his development, in that sense it must be within reach of all for their rational exploitation, for present and future generations.
In recent years, it has been proven that computer systems and information technology are having a great development in the treatment of information, so much so, that currently the use of information systems has become inevitable at the time of carrying out different tasks and activities required by organizations in our environment, to provide a better service to society and make good decision-making.
It should be said that today almost all organizations and institutions, whether public or private, in order to improve their information systems and data processing seek a solution using technology, which facilitates the management and security that the information requires, Those institutions that have implemented a computer system suitable for the work they do have a greater development and satisfaction in its operation, bringing advantages to other organizations that still work with inefficient manual methods.
The current system for the development of the DRUG CONTROL SYSTEM for drugs of the Israel pharmacy is not very useful in obtaining information, since these processes are carried out manually, which causes a delay and uncertainty to the time to report.
The present work proposes the development of a system that facilitates the good management of information regarding the processes of control of the entry and exit of drugs from the Israel pharmacy, also allowing the information processes to be reliable and provided in a adequate and timely time.
Method
The order of the medicines is made (before the stock runs out) to the direction of the laboratories in charge of the distribution of the medicine, the marketing or sale of these is carried out by the pharmacy manager manually and slowly, which makes it difficult make more contracts and sales.
For this reason, the Pharmacy requires an authorized and appropriate system to more adequately and efficiently satisfy the requirements of the personnel in charge of the pharmacy.
In general, a good inventory control constitutes a pillar for the planning of operations and in the generation of information that helps decision-making and in this way cancels the great problem that not only affects this pharmacy but many that collapse due to lack of this technological instrument.
Process

We can indicate that the designed system will be able to record data of the medicines either entry (purchase) or exit (sale), it will also verify the stock of the products for the respective acquisition of medicines that are needed in the pharmacy.
With these benefits, the system will facilitate the work of the owner and / or pharmacist in charge when making inquiries or reports, improving their level of professionalism at the time of customer service as it will reduce the time when searching for medicines for offer them.
