Introduction

Quality is an inherent element in the life of human beings, thanks to quality we meet our needs, at an organizational level, companies perceive quality as favorable results for both the organization and for customers or users. In the companies or organizations that provide services, the quality is reflected with the full acceptance of the services by the users.

Currently, the SNS presents a series of challenges that are related to the social and economic problems that afflict our country, it has been reported that more than 80% of users have full acceptance of services in public health institutions in However, almost 20% of non-acceptance in Mexico would not represent a full state of quality in the service.

Nursing is undoubtedly one of the most important areas in health care, nurses are the personnel who have the most contact during recovery with users, which is why this area should represent a greater commitment in actions of quality, the quality in nursing will be reflected when the staff maintains a commitment to continuous updating of procedures, rationale and knowledge of principles and standards that govern their work

Development.

Since its origins, man as a biological and psychosocial being has faced a series of challenges that life itself has marked over time, satisfying his basic needs in the best way that relates to man's life with the concept of quality., this term that from my very subjective perspective which we could refer to according to the perspective of many authors dedicated to continuous organizational improvement such as the search for user or customer satisfaction through a product or services provided, it should be noted that the Products or services involve a series of aspects that provide security, carried out through an ideal method and appropriate and available resources.

Without a doubt, quality is, has been and will be an inherent element in the life of man, that is why it is known that in all organizations about the quality in the production or provision of their services, however, the Success in obtaining quality differs between organizations.

Within service provider organizations, quality is an essential part to achieve the main objective within your company which is user satisfaction, one of the most important service organizations that all people need are systems health, hospitals, clinics, etc. Health seen from an economic point of view is the most precious asset, since without the full state of well-being all the activities and roles that we perform are spoiled, this reason makes health systems to be an institution or organizations committed to quality of the services provided for the satisfaction of the sick in their healing or recovery.

In Mexico, the public body of health service delivery institutions is the SNS (National Health System). The SNS, made up mainly of the Secretary of Health, ISSSTE, IMSS, PEMEX, SEDENA, throughout its history has made efforts focused on quality through political-government programs, currently it focuses on actions through a program called Sistema Comprehensive Quality SICALIDAD, this program intensifies a series of actions through auditing processes and aims to achieve quality standards through certifications to medical care units throughout the country, this system focuses on the principles proposed by the American doctor Avedis Donabedian, which is considered as a reference in the introduction of the principles of quality in health care. The SICALIDAD system integrates dimensions such as the efficiency of methods in the provision of services, technical dimension in processes, dimension of organizational development, political dimension, structural dimension and an interpersonal dimension, these dimensions are graphically represented in a hexagon, called the hexagon of quality which defines the interrelation and integration of the dimensions for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of the program.structural dimension and an interpersonal dimension, these dimensions are graphically represented in a hexagon, called the quality hexagon which defines the interrelation and integration of the dimensions for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of the program.structural dimension and an interpersonal dimension, these dimensions are graphically represented in a hexagon, called the quality hexagon which defines the interrelation and integration of the dimensions for the fulfillment of the goals and objectives of the program.

Within an organization, the continuous and comprehensive participation of all members of the organization is vital to obtain the results in terms of quality indices. It has been mentioned that the most fundamental part of quality is the cost of investment in processes and the cost of services so that it is of quality, however, many authors who focus their studies on total quality give the notion that interpersonal actions mostly define the quality of the given products or services in companies.

One of the fundamental actions in health care is the participation of nursing personnel, nursing currently considered as a scientific disciplinary field focused on the care of recovery from various diseases is undoubtedly one of the activities in the health systems that You must fully implement the principle of quality. Without a doubt, the health personnel who have the most contact with the sick are the nurses, the satisfaction of the users will be reflected largely thanks to the nurses' foundation, philosophical and theoretical principles of care.

The actions of nursing in their different functions in a hospital have implicit a series of principles that will favor obtaining quality services for users.

It is important that a nursing professional has knowledge of the legal aspects that govern their actions, of the bioethics code, which will help maintain the well-being of users during their hospital stay. In nursing and medicine, it is important to carry out the procedures in Based on specific and current regulations to provide mutual security, that is, both for staff and users, and above all and very important, the dignified treatment that nursing personnel must unconditionally favor quality.

However, despite the aforementioned, the health systems and specifically the nursing area face a series of challenges in favor of continuous improvement and the complete acceptance and good perception of the Mexican population, it is worth mentioning that currently There are reports about the perceptions that users of the public health service have about the quality of the service they received, studies reveal that more than 80% acknowledge having had a good service in recovery, on the other hand, almost 20% stated having received a poor service, although the majority of patients receive a good service, 20% of the population served is a considerably high figure to say that the SNS has high indices of quality in health,Analyzing a current perspective where the SNS is affected by budget cuts, the organization is in such a situation that there is an even stronger challenge in obtaining user satisfaction.

conclusion

The significant challenge that the SNS currently presents with respect to obtaining a higher acceptance rate by users of the functions performed by the various positions in the provision of health services is of utmost importance. The implementation of adequate strategies are necessary for the perspectives of change that afflict the economy of Mexico and that is reflected in social, educational and health sectors to achieve the full requirements according to what every citizen by right deserves to receive from a health Service.

As for the nursing area, society demands more and better care services, this will be fully done with the correct preparation of the personnel through the updating of procedures and foundations appropriate to our times. In addition to this, always take into account the knowledge of the guidelines and regulations attached to hospitals and clinics, as well as the dignified and humanitarian treatment that must characterize nursing personnel. Through these principles and with the design of strategies and an organizational order with efficient leadership, the organizations dedicated to the restoration of health and mainly the National Health System, will count on the acceptance of the services provided there.
