Others point to differentiation, seek excellence in their products or services, apply highly sophisticated management systems, practice staff training in a planned way, seeking maximum performance from their campus.

Some rethink their goals every day, almost inexplicably.

It may be that we should incorporate some ideas a little simpler, but not less wise.

A company is not formed with the sole objective of making money.

It should not be forgotten that human resources are what make the purpose possible and, therefore, your stay in the organization can never be solely for economic reasons, at least if you want it to produce to the best of your ability. Of course there are many more ways to ensure the importance of this rule, mentally exercise some other reason to demonstrate it and you will see how wide the answers are, enough reason to ensure that whoever applies the contrary idea will surely be torturing himself with some of the premises of the introduction.

On the other hand, the idea of ​​continuous growth, suggests to me at least to think for a moment about the logical impossibility of carrying it out, I feel great anguish just thinking about it. I cannot imagine the leaders trying to find the means for such an ambitious goal.

I wonder if it is not better to discover everything that is achieved, enjoy it, look for new virtues not yet discovered of our product or service.

Quality is a factor that will not produce differentiation in products, at least in the long term.

This will seem crazy to the defenders of quality improvement plans, do not be scared. What I mean is that future technology will make quality differences imperceptible, there will only be the possibility of providing a more tailored product or service. From the user than the competition, this can perhaps be achieved thanks to the use of information management plans, that is, The takeoff of a new type of companies, Smart companies that will produce smart products and services.
