Each of us express an emotional opinion based on the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in which we find ourselves about the organization of which we are part.

Within an organization, true quality exists when there is a management that harmonizes what we say with what we do, we respect and share the beliefs and knowledge of others, when innovation is generated through the creative potential of collaborators.

How difficult and less important is it to provide satisfaction, pride and happiness to people who are related to organizations? Let us not forget that quality is within hearts, because then we must allow it to come out and we will incorporate this quality into our organization so that it truly is a total quality organization; using it as an indicator to measure the performance of our organization. This parameter together with the others would take us hand in hand to true quality management.

If we want to implement a true QMS it is necessary to turn around and consider our collaborators, because when they feel unhappy, depressed, dissatisfied, their actions often speak silently, manifesting their discomfort through small but very significant boycotts such as waste, downtime, bad quality, robbery ants absenteeism; "Propagation of a bad image of the company", in other words revenge and plea for attention.

Both men and women are the act of their work, if people work at ease and are treated and paid adequately they produce more, quality standards and creative contributions improve and as a consequence their satisfaction translates into cheerful, open, friendly behaviors; in other words, they will be willing to work under a true quality management system.

We all belong to the same universe, and to several organizations at the same time, therefore we are not alone. As part of these systems we play two different roles: that of active member or that of leader (this inhabits each one of us), it is necessary that we reflect on what type of leadership we exercise, the type of centralized and suffocating type or that of a transformational leader, with a humanistic approach and committed to its environment, capable of implementing continuous improvement in all the organizations to which it belongs. If human and service leadership is applied, it is capable of generating comprehensive systems of commitment, full of creativity and innovation, shaping communities of knowledge with a historical social conscience, critical, ethical, planetary and service education.

Within organizations as important are organizational charts, job descriptions, process diagrams, policies and procedures as the networks of emotional exchanges that are formed over time and throughout the company, are the living forces of organizations, which will bring satisfaction, achievement, success or failure, failure, destruction.

Let's shape our lives with pleasant moments, inside and outside our organizations. Let's re-engineer on a human scale. Mind, body, spirit, emotions and interrelations. Let's learn to learn, let's learn to be, let's learn to know, let's learn to want, let's learn to recognize.
