The pillars of a new type of management are a new business mentality, a new organizational design, competition and that is appropriate to the level of economic development.

The new business mentality must take into account the following:

  1. Business decisions must be rational, fair, objective and democratic. Management decisions and styles must take into account the size of the company, its historical moment and the economic cycle. The strategic plan must be consistent and coherent with the plan of the municipality where The company is located. The company must integrate the following constitutional values ​​into its organizational culture: the social and ecological function of private property and the company's social responsibility. The company must stimulate creativity and innovation in its human resources through patents and models of utility. The human resource must be integrated taking into account the needs of the person seeking to realize social justice. The management style must take into account our socio-economic and political reality. That is to say,Management styles designed for other realities should not be blindly applied. Top management and management must handle the legal aspects intrinsically linked to the administrative procedure and the different types of management.

The new organizational design should seek to replace the pyramid in the upper and central part of which are the rich and the base of the poor, since there is a salary scale aimed at social reproduction.

The new organizations must seek to comply with the political constitution, that is, employers who submit to legality and its purposes: the new organization is congested by the workers at the senior management level and with participation in their ownership by them; the company's strategy is discussed and approved with the workers. The strategic plan is consistent with the municipal development plan. Company ownership has a social function.

My SME management must seek competition and not competition. In other words, my SMEs should cooperate and show solidarity. The aberration that exists in my SME is that they intend to behave and assume values ​​of the big company (big capital). The managers of my SME require the help of the social worker and the sociologist.

Management of a new type fits in and is appropriate even a country of late capitalism, dependent, underdeveloped and third world as Colombia is.

Management of a new type abandons alienation, that is, ceases to imitate the gringo company and owns its real economic, political and social environment and appropriates the resources that the country has.

The new type of management must be applied by senior management and management at all levels, as well as disseminated by business schools so that there is a commitment from the business community to the Peace of Colombia.
