Organizational change and adaptive capacity

Anonim

Many changes are taking place worldwide, demanding a new position on the part of organizations.

They cannot be observed and let things happen with nothing to do, because this can lead to insecurity regarding the own future of the organization itself.

Many times people do not commit to change because they do not know what is going to happen. For not knowing how to act. Because the new is not definite, therefore one way of defending against the unknown is by grasping the known and, consequently, denying the new.

Organizational Change is defined as the ability of organizations to adapt to the different transformations that the internal or external environment undergoes, through learning and / or the set of structural changes that organizations undergo and that translate into new behavior organizational.

Organizational Changes arise from the need to break the existing balance, to transform it into another much more profitable one, in this transformation process, where the forces must break the balance, interacting with other forces that try to oppose, (Resistance to Change) That is why when an organization considers a change, it must involve a set of tasks to try to minimize this interaction of forces.

Changing is not very easy, firstly because not all people are willing to make efforts in this regard and, even if they are willing, it is very easy to return to the old operating standards.

In the film you can analyze what an organization was like in the past, it was only important to produce and produce there, but they did not focus on the well-being of its employees; Now, although the main function is to produce employee welfare in most organizations, it plays an important role because there is already an awareness that without this, things would not work.

Thank you so much
