Entrepreneurship culture; breaking paradigms

Anonim

The culture of entrepreneurship is made up of values, ideologies and norms that govern the entrepreneurial people of a society, it models in people their characteristic way of thinking and acting, always oriented to the creation of wealth, basing their actions on ethics and honesty through identifying and taking advantage of opportunities that arise in the market, which executing them with balance, leadership and a global vision of each situation, ensure continuous development for the sustained growth of a company.

The entrepreneurial culture generates a pattern of behavior that identifies it and differentiates it from other social groups.

The main objective of the entrepreneurial culture is to develop in people the sufficient labor and business competences within the conventional and unconventional educational systems to later link them with the productive sectors of a country.

To foster an entrepreneurial culture in Latin American society, it is necessary to break paradigms of a social collective unconscious in which we have been taught from childhood to grow and study to be employees and not entrepreneurs.

In Ecuador and throughout Latin America we are also experiencing all these changes, so much so that the mentality of the people of our countries is also changing along with their goals and objectives; Nowadays we observe that people have great desires to progress, to get promoted in a job, to change jobs to a bigger company or one with more experience in the market, to enter a multinational company to work, to get better remunerations, etc.; These are the main purposes of many people who, after all, only seek a greater objective that is the well-being of their families, because if you are well, your family will also be.

Education systems worldwide have this particular characteristic, they prepare all generations to become mentalized to be employees and belong to a public or private company, to receive and obey orders, to fight so much and wait so long to be able to advance within of that company, to earn a fixed salary while monthly household expenses are variable, to depend on the government to expect a good salary increase at the end of the year, which often does not even reach 10%, and which after between 25 and 35 years of work and contributions to social security, the person can retire so that from then on the government takes over the economic stability of that person through a retirement pension and then depends on the government and expect that everything improves.

But not everything is bad in this education system, there are many people who have managed to ascend and therefore considerably increase their income, thus allowing them the possibilities to give their family a better standard of living, if in your particular case you have lived this way. Anyway, your parents or your grandparents lived like this, you should ask yourself if that is what you want for your life, if you want it I am not against it, study, get ready, and someday you will advance in a public company or a multinational.

The problem is that the vast majority of people do not have such opportunities, at best, they will become workers at best, and it is not bad if a person wants to follow that path, not in the event that your parents have lived in that modest way and they have instilled it in you unconsciously.

We must raise awareness in society in general that by creating innovative and productive projects you can achieve personal and collective success from an economic point of view, and most importantly, we can all do it.
