Developing a shared vision for entrepreneurship

The article proposes three steps to develop an entrepreneurial vision with true potential and excellence and mentions the case of PROVENTUS and META JOVEN, who shared their visions for a common goal.

In my role as facilitator and business trainer, I have encountered great obstacles when unleashing new strategies to stay on the move, with respect to the fierce globalized world. I will always meet many experts, who day by day offer their valuable knowledge for the development of the largest companies and who trigger trends at unusual speeds.

In this sense, I always try to return to the most elemental structure and form a solid but simple scheme of change.

Just a month ago, I was contacted by the director of a company that is dedicated to developing business plans for Latinos who want to start a company in the United States. The purpose of their communication was to start a relationship to share our vision and, of course, our services in Mexico and the United States.

I immediately perceived the proposal as a good perspective to match the purposes of my company with those of another equally committed.

From this proposal, opportunities were unleashed that at first were not within the horizons of any of us, however, a process of mutual trust and collaboration began. Today, the consulting firm Proventus and Meta Joven, " Inexhaustible Leadership" will initiate a common project to strengthen markets and take their vision beyond their own borders.

I consider it necessary to establish a preamble before developing a clearer idea of what the vision can represent for the success or failure of a company or business.

So, under this scheme, I propose three elements of utmost importance to develop a shared vision and with a direct view to exponential growth.

  1. A vision is never too small to develop. There are many cases of entrepreneurs who have an overwhelming vision, excellently well presented, however, they limit their field of action from each and every one of the limitations they find from the formation of the project, to the integration and implementation of their strategies of deal. In this regard, it is very important to know how to strictly define the processes and separate the vision of the action plans and the various projections required. A vision must be articulated and disarticulated, over and over again until we are fully convinced that we will be able to measure the necessary steps. to fulfill it. Vision is often attributable to dreams and personal expectations. This is totally valid, however,Within our vision there must always be an action plan for it to be carried out. The more elements that are included or excluded from our vision, the greater degree of precision we will possess near our driving axis to fulfill it. A shared vision becomes unlimited the moment that as a leader, you are able to share it. The process is long and requires all the business tools and knowledge, however they are acquired based on the experience and solidity of our actions. The process is long and requires all the business tools and knowledge, however they are acquired based on the experience and solidity of our actions. The process is long and requires all the business tools and knowledge, however they are acquired based on the experience and solidity of our actions.

At this point, I consider it important to clarify that the vision will become real as more solid and accurate steps are taken. A good leader will always know how to deal with the disappointment, the challenges and above all the conflicts that are presented as a result of each of the processes. The more solid financial, structural and organizational strength is achieved in all respects, the greater the scope of the results we will observe.

The vision of the entrepreneur or entrepreneur is today a great added value in the development of any organization.

In this regard, I would like to express my appreciation to Raúl Fernando Rodríguez, a great visionary, who with sharpness and dedication has raised the name of Mexico and Latin America with his excellent work and shared knowledge.

"Link, Do Not Discredit" today represents added value in the vision and prospect of success for many organizations.

The ideal of life is happiness. If you don't move, you're not happy… Move now!
