First of all, we have to be clear that anyone who considers themselves a work team must assimilate as part of a group committed to always acting with readiness and a high human sense, since it is the skills and knowledge of all members of that group that determine the results but not the individual participation only.

Teamwork seen as a process is full of challenges for each of its members and to the extent that they manage to integrate these challenges will be satisfactory in the end. The union that is achieved by joining a team is the opportunity to acquire and learn new knowledge and skills, the different capacities that each of its members possesses are discovered and known, and this is how they solve the problems that arise, thus how to create and improve standards, within a team all members get feedback from both those who know, those who do not know and those who know more; in general everyone learns and consequently the company manages to achieve its goals without any problem.

Humor is a permanent state of mind in the individual, which in turn, in my view, can be defined as a quality that we all possess. So if everyone will stop working and start learning to truly enjoy every second of their life with their family and coworkers, this planet would go out of orbit and stop being routine to become a bright star by herself.

However, this would only be possible if each of us allowed ourselves to laugh at ourselves at the same time that we learn to laugh with others and not at others, since only in this way will we be able to satisfy ourselves with enough freedom to alleviate the needs of our body. and of our mind, satisfying ourselves without leaving empty spaces that at the same time are the ones that make us dark, shy and incapable of infecting others with optimism and confidence to generate more successful groups.

As rational beings that we presume to be, we must begin to learn a little more about animal nature and its brotherly dynamics in order to be able to understand the benefits of overcoming those limits that we have imposed throughout our lives by not allowing ourselves to break moral schemes due to the concern of social criticism.
