INTRODUCTION

Today we live in a society that forces us to be in constant pressure going from one place to another, between, home, family and work, in addition to these, there is another basic factor that generates time absorption during the development of the human being; which increases pressure, irritability, depression, fatigue, despair and even anger, we refer to the academic life that requires school efficiency in order to be part of a social group in which you are in constant competition. That is part of the individual from kindergarten to his professional preparation and even more if he wants to continue self-realization, in addition to many times the human being tends to be in constant absorption of knowledge for the continuous improvement of his personal and professional life.It is worth mentioning that the individual is in constant stress, thus affecting himself physically and mentally; and not only his person but also the people around him. THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

It is worth mentioning that one of the most important factors that can influence school performance is, since at this stage is when the individual begins to become more autonomous and independent, working to continue their studies, or in other cases entails family responsibilities for what which his academic life is further complicated., since if it is too low, the individual is more exposed to stress, he will believe that he is not able to carry out all his pending activities and this will lead him to take refuge in smoking that is known as an effective and immediate relaxant,alcohol and even drugs In addition to when you are still a child in this aspect, you should not only provide financial support but also moral support is vitally important, motivating you to improve day by day so that you do not feel frustrated and consequently stop studying. The when you have it is another aspect that influences to avoid stress since this will help the person continue on the path to academic life, however difficult it may seem.

University life is very complex, it is a long process of learning and constant adaptation and only a few reach the end of the university process. Stressors are excessive but necessary, they are part of the student's dynamics as it prepares them to move on to a more stressful working life (Sarubi De Rearte, Emma and Castaldo 2013: 293).

CONCLUSION

From the above it can be concluded that stress has been part of the human being for years, only the concept has been modified. And that it will continue to be part of the individual since it is only the circumstances that make each person present differently in some in a negative way causing damage such as headaches, fatigue, tiredness, sleep and even failure to believe that it's too much of a burden on him. But it is also known that it can be a cause of motivation and improvement, since today the demand and need for a university level to be at the forefront and even go more prepared to work life is where stress is increasing. It will grow even more, so we can conclude that stress at the university level is not always bad,you just have to know how to adapt to the environment in which you live as it is a way of briefly experiencing working life where you will not only be in constant competition to achieve efficiency but also to keep your job. Not counting the work environment that will be a determining factor of stress in the workplace. This is why it is said that stress is not eliminated, it is only reduced. If the individual manages to establish priorities and manages to connect her mind and body to each situation that arises, she will reduce stress, obtaining control and self-confidence.This is why it is said that stress is not eliminated, it is only reduced.
