On the other hand, stress can be an enemy of workers within organizations since it has different effects or causes in order to solve this, workers must recognize when their stress levels increase in what situations.

Stress at work occurs when the demands of the work environment exceed the ability of people to cope or keep them under control. Stress has been identified as one of the most important emerging risks in the current job landscape and as one of the main challenges for safety and health that organizations face (eumed, 2013)

Therefore stress will always appear and be within organizations, so people must face it or keep it in control.

Nowadays stress has turned out to be a real problem for people in their own lives and for the collaborators within the organization and in this way we go back to the year 1930 thanks to the author Hans Selye who I consider that there are several mental or emotional illnesses that resulted in physiological changes that could be genetically or constitutionally predetermined.

The concept of stress comes from the 30's and from then on various types of stress began to emerge, both new forms of treatment as well as new characteristics. That is why in this research that I carry out I have as a basis to describe the different types of stress that currently exist, their characteristics, concepts, their various treatments, as well as various points derived from it (Hans, 1970).

We share Mr. Hans's idea that stress contains different types and different forms of treatment are emerging to be able to provide a solution to this disease or problem in which I carry out different investigations making descriptions of this type of stress and know the important characteristics of this type of stress. same event.

"Stress is caused by the body's instinct to protect itself." This instinct is good in emergencies, like getting off the road if a car is coming at speed. But it can cause physical symptoms if it continues for a long time, as well as a response to the challenges of daily life and changes (Benjamin, 1935).

On the other hand, if job stress begins to affect mostly employees, this would have a very high economic cost, since employees who are suffering from said disease do not give 100 percent and generate a higher economic cost for the company. When the employee is under stress it is very difficult to maintain the optimal balance between work life and daily life, generally employers cannot do anything for the fule life of work, but in the workplace.

For this reason, when there is a disagreement within the organization, workers are not able to perform efficient productivity according to the following causes, which are the pressures to avoid errors or to finish tasks in a given time or period, a demanding supervisor or nasty co-workers. These causes of work stress are subject to different factors that give rise to work stress. Some of these task requirements refer to the employee's job, working conditions, or if the worker's quotas are too excessive if we consider them, the greater the relationship of interdependence that a worker has with another, the greater the potential for stress occurs.The requirements of this function are pressures imposed on the employee with respect to the specific role of the organization, the excess weight of the function that is when the worker is expected to do more than is necessary in more than or what time allows. Relationships are pressures created by other employees, the lack of social support and bad relationships cause stress especially in those people who have great needs for social support. Another cause of stress is monotony, which is when work is repetitive throughout the week and is not at all complex. Little participation in decision-making, career stagnation, low salary. It can also be classified as factors external to work, economic, environmental, social, such as violence, crime, traffic, relationship or family problems, divorce,death of the spouse, illness of a close relative, debt or mortgage, Christmas season, small infractions of the law in general modern life.

Another quality to be able to take into account about what stress is is how to manage it where there are various ways to control it turns out to be the way you control the characteristics of your personality and social moderating the effects of stress. To manage it is to eliminate the different execution strategies that create or establish a new environment for the individual that does not contain stress, another way is to increase the level of personal elasticity to be able to resist the negative effects that stress causes.

The first step in managing stress is to identify the origin of our problems and measure their effect on our lives. To work in charge of a team of people, it is necessary to know that there are mainly two types of people, those who have a type “A” personality and those who have a type “B” personality, these personalities came to light from the research they carried out in the sixties. (Rosenman, 1970)

As the author Rosenman mentions, we have to identify the origin of our own problems and measure each effect in our lives and to work as a team, get to know our different people in the work environment, discovering the different type of personality that each person has.

We conclude that stress is not a disease but is a phenomenon that appears within people who cannot adequately perform their jobs in the company resulting in their personal lives, different effects that do not provide a solution to each event within what happens in the company because the worker will not be able or will be able to resolve the situation according to the attitude that the person gets.
