Introduction

In these moments that a stage of life is lived in different scenarios of it, you can see and analyze three very important things for the human being that are the value of knowledge, constant changes and globalization.

There are so many definitions in the world that it is used to define human resources.

What is the human resource?

In business administration, human resources (Rh) is the name given to the work contributed by all the employees or collaborators of that organization. but the most frequent is to call thus the function that deals with selecting, hiring, training, employing and retaining employees of the organization. These tasks can be performed by a specific person or department (human resources professionals) together with the managers of the organization.:

Why is human talent management important?

Organizations today face great internal and external challenges that force them to remain in constant change and evolution in order to compete in an increasingly tight market and where distances are shorter every day.

In this highly competitive environment, organizations must be in a state of constant evolution, reinvent themselves and constantly seek ways to improve.

One of the most important aspects of modern organizations is the implementation of different types of tools that allow the different areas of the company to be managed efficiently and with complete control of operations.

In the implementation of a system there are several factors that guarantee success, one of them is people and it plays a very important role that reaches all corners of your company.

All people to change respond with emotions: denial, paralysis, anxiety, fear, frustration and stress. we ask ourselves questions: why me ?, why now ?. We think we can't, we don't want to, I don't know anything about this new technology.

I assure you that this is completely normal, all people go through these stages before the change.

However, without people it is not possible to be successful in the implementation, that is why, although natural, it is important to reduce the time it takes to overcome these fears and anxieties and move to assimilation, acceptance and enthusiasm.

Remember you are the engine of the organization, do not isolate yourself when there is a new challenge, as human beings you have to enjoy each stage of life to be proud of what we do and thus face every day the relevant changes in the organization to improve quality. of the work that each one does and contribute to the progress of it as ourselves.

Remember, you are the factor of success!

Conclusions

Nowadays, thanks to the work, effort and enthusiasm of all the personnel that work in the different organizations, important goals are reached that exceed expectations; There are challenges facing society that are the continuous improvement of the organizations that comprise it. Human talent management exists to improve the contribution of people to organizations.

To carry out their functions, each person must be updated in their area.

To all the people who work in an organization I want to share this reflection that was transmitted to me by the month of July of this year 2011 and it will serve us all the personnel departments need to satisfy multiple objectives that are sometimes conflicting. It is necessary to face social, organizational and personal needs. These goals can be accomplished through diverse staff activities focused on maintaining, using, evaluating, and maintaining an effective workforce.

The reflection says as follows:

“On one occasion a young man came to a lumberjack camp located in the mountains with the idea of getting a job. During his first day of labor, he worked hard and as a result cut down many trees. On the second day, he worked as the first, but his production was scarcely half of the first day.

During the third day, it was proposed to improve its production. I hit the ax furiously against the trees but the results were nil.

The foreman when seeing the results of the young woodcutter, asked him: when was the last time you affiliated your ax? The young man replied: I really have not had time to do it, I have been too busy cutting trees.

Surely the same thing happens to many of us, day by day. We need to take time to sharpen our skills and abilities by keeping them up to date. Remember that the skills and abilities we used yesterday may not be enough for tomorrow.

I invite you to discipline us and for our own motivation prepare, update and why not? sharpen the ax every day.
